South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Although she is a creature capable of thinking the best in others, she is not naïve enough to know, that not everyone held any sort of redemption qualities. Even though the vampire had broken both man and beast's law, by touching her and pressing his lips against her when she was already taken, Raven did not wish for any harm to come to him tonight. Perhaps at another time, or another place, some sort of justice could be done, but for now she wished for her companion to settle and let be. He could always hunt for the vampire one night on his own, do what he wished to do, to teach the vampire to never touch her in the way that only a lover should do. However, tonight Raven wanted to focus solely on cleaning her slate, confronting him with the truth, and to show her loyalty would forever belong to him. Tonight the vampire with the ice-blue eyes would be safe, wherever he was, because one day he would suffer the onslaught and wrath of a very jealous, and very violate, were-leopard.

Talent or luck, Raven did not know, but she was pleased that she managed to persuade her spotted companion to focus on her, and her alone. Moving her frame against his own seemed to have soothe him, her presence and her scent increasing, encouraging the boy to see that she was safe and reassure him that she was his, and his alone. When he takes a swipe at her she playfully snaps her jaws after him, lowering herself into a play bow, encouraging that boy's will to play. Hearing him repeat her words she wags her tail and nods her head agreeing with him. He knocks her to the ground and yet she comes back with a trick. Successfully she tricks her companion and pounces behind him, successfully tackling him to the ground. Yet the feline's frame is wiry and heavier, the perfect combination to move from underneath her, and place himself on top of her.

As he manages to swing his frame above hers, she feels her shoulder crash into the ground first, and then her frame slides. With a soft yelp she looks upwards, struggling to get out from under him and be free, but his weight made that impossible. Her tail would thump the ground, indicating she was okay, as she looked up at him, bright blue-grey eyes meeting that familiar golden hue. Black lips pulled back as a wolfish grin is given to him.

"Omph...yes...I am stuck."

With his point made he leaps off her and she manages to exhale smoothly for a moment. Grey-trimmed ears twitch as she listens to his desire to change the game. Puzzled she slowly rolls onto her paws, feeling him nudge her side, indicating she should go faster. Standing on her legs she shakes herself off, her thick fur flying to and fro for a moment. Dial turned to towards him, following him towards the fallen log, standing beside him for a moment unsure what he wished to play. When he indicates that their new game is a race she turns her dial to scan the fields for this particular 'big rock.' Far out in the distance she notices the rock and calculates the distance, turning back to Tobi and nodding her head. Gently her dial rubbed underneath his chin to hear his purr for a moment, pulling herself away from him and readying her stance to run. Eagerly she lowers herself slightly, aiming straight for the 'big rock' her voice pressing into his own.

"Okay, we run after I say the number 1. Ready? 3...2...1..."

As soon as she counted down the numbers, when she said one, she slammed her paws down into the ground and propelled her body forward. Although she was shorter than the leopard, her species was capable of running fast and at a far longer distance than the leopard. She would be behind him, but slowly build up her pace and catching up to him, the big rock still in the distance, the werewolf knowing she could hold her own when it came to running.
