South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

her eyes hold the apocalypse

South
She's a natural in disaster
The silence after and before
We're the ones she's chasing after
She's coming back for more

Tamzin heard the annoyance in her friend's voice, but she continued to bar for a few more seconds. It was then she heard the request to shut the fuck up, and her bark turned into a low growl instead. She had stopped dancing around Sera and stood in one spot staring her down, a growl issuing forth here and there as her friend continued to utter how useless she was. She knew that the woman wouldn't be talking to her like this if she knew that the dog was actual Tamzin. Another growl sounded as she started to pace back and forth for a moment.

It didn't take long for Sera to ignore her and act like she wasn't there, and that just made her frustration grow even more intense. She pawed at the ground a few times to no avail, Sera was determined to ignore her and was doing quite a fantastic job at it. The canine mind mixed with Tamzin's own grew annoyed, and with a quick bark she lunged at the woman in an attempt to tackle her to the ground. Her solid body hit Sera's and she quickly pinned her and growled in her face for a moment before their eyes locked. All Sera needed to do was look into her icy eyes and realize that she was locked inside this canine body.

A whimper passed and she quickly licked the woman's face before nudging her slightly. Sera was her only hope, and she simply needed to pay attention. A few quieter barks were pushed forward and she whimpered knowing that she literally had no way of making her childhood friend realize who she was. A sigh of seeming defeat passed her lips and she backed away from the witch, allowing her up if she so wished. She sat down, her eyes never leaving the woman as she waiting and tried to think of any other way to make Sera see who she was.

Until something else clicked into place she would merely sit and wait. It was then she realized that Sera said something about a rabbit earlier, and she thought maybe an offering would help her case. Tamzin rose from her sitting position and disappeared back into the shrubbery, her ears perked and nose low to the ground. She could smell rabbits nearby; she knew she would be able to catch them as long as she was careful. A rather large one hopped into view and she lowered her large body the slightest bit trying to remain hidden. Then with a quick leap she jumped at the rabbit and caught it around the neck. She gave it a quick jerk and it fell motionless in her jaw.

Satisfied with her catch she jumped back into the clearing and dropped the rabbit at Sera's feet before sitting once again. Her big icy eyes focusing up on those familiar stormy ones and she waited for whatever would come next. She remained silent as was requested earlier, and she hoped that showing Sera she understood what she was saying would help her.
