South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It was so hard for Henry to give himself credit, to think that he was good at anything when in Sterling's presence. It wasn't necessarily a bad thing, it just always made Henry nervous...especially when the issue was cooking related. How was he supposed to feel comfortable giving his lover a beautiful picnic lunch when his lover was a damn chef? There was no way Henry could compare to that caliber of cooking, so it always made him nervous to cook anything for Sterling. "I can't help it. I'm always nervous cooking for you. You cook for a living...I can barely make ramen noodles." His cooking skill set would never compete with Sterling's. Henry would try his best, but he would never come close. Cooking just wasn't his thing.

Henry adjusted his position to make Sterling more comfortable as he moved to lay his head in his lap. As he lay there, Henry couldn't help it as his fingers fell to Sterling's head, stroking through his hair and caressing him softly. Henry felt like he was going pretty well to give Sterling time to adjust. No matter how much he wanted to fuck him right here in this park, he was behaving himself nicely â€" not even an erection to sport. A great feat indeed.

They talked about the plants in the apartment, Henry not so sure the plants had survived on their own with no one watering them. He used to have a housekeeper, but he figured she would have long gone after not being paid for months on end. He wouldn't blame her. After all, he didn't like to work for free either.

But then Sterling was talking about a garden of some kind in the house they were going to get. His eyes got wide for just a moment as he looked down at Sterling. Last time they talked, Sterling wasn't ready to "live" together. He still wanted to live as roommates...and the house would be their home together as a couple. "I didn't think you were ready to buy a house with me." While he wished that Sterling wanted to buy a house together, he knew that Sterling probably wasn't ready. He couldn't get his hopes up. "At any rate â€" the yard will be yours to do whatever you like." Henry was so bad with plants that he didn't even want to be responsible for mowing the grass â€" he might kill something.

And then Sterling was asking if he planned on going back to New York. He supposed he should. There was a lot of stuff in his old apartment that he really ought to bring down here. He would have to rent a storage unit to store the stuff in until he got his house with Sterling. After all, there was no way they could cram more stuff into Sterling's modest apartment. "That's fine. We can go when you get some time off work. It's easy for me to take off. You're schedule is always nuts." In truth, he was looking forward to the trip. It would be good for them.
