South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

She almost found it touching that he seemed to want to make her comfortable while she was here. He was offering her food and showing her how to clean herself and she was learning something new every minute, it seemed. She didn't quite understand why he wanted to help her without expecting anything in return but for now, she was going to go with it. She could tell that someone else usually lived in this house. It was just little things, like two small brushes by the sink and two indents in the bed and an overwhelming aroma that didn't smell like Henry in the house. She wondered when she would get to meet this other guy and what he would be like. Would he be as nice as Henry or would he be mad that he brought her here? He assured her that Koolaid was a drink and it was good so she shrugged. She was willing to try it if he said it was better than water. Water was all she'd ever drank her entire life, at least after the milk from her pack mother's teat.

He was very helpful in the bathroom as far as showing her how to properly use the soap and shampoo. She quite enjoyed it when he massaged the shampoo into her hair and she was already looking forward to doing that again. She didn't know that having fingers moving through her hair could feel so good. The water smelled funny, like it had sulfur or something in it, but it still felt good on her skin. Clean, somehow. She knew he was watching as she tried to figure out the whole drying thing but she thought she figured it out pretty well on her own. He helped her get dressed, something she wasn't sure she would ever get used to. Did all clothes feel this scratchy and constricting? She felt almost hindered by all the fabric clinging to her body. It was warm, she would admit that. But it certainly wasn't comfortable. When she almost fell while trying to get into the sweatpants, she felt his strong arms catch her and she grunted in answer before she continued getting dressed. She wasn't a softy for knights in shining armor as she'd already proved with her first impression to Henry.

She appreciated his kindness but she was still watching for the catch. She followed him out of the bathroom once the dressing was done, noting where he got pillows and blankets from and wondering what he was going to do with them. She watched him set up the couch into some sort of bed thing while he asked her about hunting and she raised a brow in surprise. Why would he even ask? His answer was beyond surprising. Her brows furrowed almost in suspicion, like he was trying to trick her or something but he looked dead serious. Her head tilted for a minute and she stepped closer, leaning up on her tip toes. She put her nose right up against his jaw and inhaled, taking in his scent to analyze once more before she scowled and took a step back.

"YOU'RE PART PANTHER ANYWAY. IT'S ALL IN YOUR SCENT. YOU'RE A WERE, LIKE ME."

She was very curious of this reaction, having deja vu since it wasn't very long ago that she had been in denial herself about the idea of being able to change forms at will. It would make her a hypocrite to wonder how he didn't know what he was. Maybe he was the opposite of her, stuck in his human form so long that he had forgotten about the animal form. He must have the senses though. She turned her head, looking in a complete opposite direction and dropping her voice below that of even a whisper, merely a breath to check his hearing.

"YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HEAR THIS SO REACT IF YOU CAN."
