South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

It was nearly endearing the fashion that she thought her small frame was somehow a hinderance to him as she wrapped her fingers around his neck. He almost felt guilty at the ease in which he'd so managed to twart her, simply flopping onto his side to pin her beneath him. Almost, however, was the keyword. Perhaps this was what the girl needed - a reality check of sorts that didn't land her in proverbial hot water. Not everyone was so willing to ignore those efforts to goad. Not everyone would let her walk away without a scratch on that pretty little body. He felt that force of that shove against his shoulders and yet, it hardly moved that massive frame in the slightest, even at that word breathed with anger. Instead, Tetradore merely rolled to his side, letting his head bump against her cheek even despite her efforts to have him removed from her. The girl's disgruntled voice resulted in nothing but a feline 'meow' from his lips, nearly entirely innocent and yet, this was very much exactly what he was going to do - to show her how utterly foolish she'd been. He'd bested her by sheer weight alone! Still, it was with a soft thud that his body hit the snow, the girl pulling her limbs from beneath him before so dancing away from him.

A soft huff left his lips as the large jungle cat rose, his body shaking more like a dog then a cat in an effort to rid the snow from his ebony coat. He turned to face her, settling on his haunches as those emerald eyes simply stared at the girl, watching her quite keenly. Tetradore was well aware of that thought that had filled her mind, that glance at her daggers with a clear intent to reconsider this notion of 'bare hands'. Still, even they would not serve her all that well against the man's true abilities. He watched as she reached into her suit, clearly considering otherwise and yet, this time, the man was prepared. He was up on all fours by the time she'd pulled her hand from that skin tight suit, the feline leaping backwards as she threw that....thing that so assaulted his senses. Even without being in the center of it, it still smelled so god damned awful. What the hell was wrong with this girl? Unfortunately, he hardly got the chance to consider it long before she was charging at him in the midst of it, her front foot suddenly sliding forward only to send her body after it. It was kind of impressive in a way, given the terrain and yet, also incredibly stupid. If this was a real fight, she'd practically just given him the ammunition to murder her in mere seconds.

That abrupt shove of her legs against the underside of his haunches made the man flinch - not because it hurt in the slightest but rather for those more....sensitive areas he had no desire for her to heel to meet. The feline gave into that kick, letting his body fall towards the side in an effort to protect himself and yet, he hardly anticipated for her to simply climb on top of him again. Had she really learned nothing? The feline's head rose upwards, turning to look at her as she inquired if he was done playing and yet, his only response was to let his head fall back upon the snow in an over exaggerated show of laziness. Oh yes, he was that bothered by the wee little assassin with her bare hands. Another puff of air left his lips as he simply laid there for a moment, so considering her words. He supposed it was about time to end this. The feline pulled his legs back in beneath her, shifting just enough so that he was capable of rising before, quite literally, shaking her off of him. The man trotted away at a safe distance, turning around only to look at the girl who'd fallen upon the snow. A small growl left his lips, entirely assured it'd capture her attention as he lowered his body to the ground, his tail lashing behind him and yet, this time, it was with the intent to so play as she had put it rather than anger. Still, by all appearances, the feline seemed ready enough to strike.

He waited only as long as it took for the girl to climb to her feet before he launched himself forward, covering that ground he'd placed between them with relative ease. He launched himself forward and upwards at her in the same fashion the cat might have attempted to climb those trees his species were so fond of and yet - she was certainly not a tree. His weight surely collided with some force into her form, enough to send her stumbling backwards and the pair of them onto the ground and into the snow. His large paws were placed upon her shoulders, the man effectively pinning her under him. Those emerald eyes narrowed as he stared down at her, his jaws parting to flash those canines as his head lowered ever closer towards her and yet...the feline hardly hurt her in any fashion. Instead, his sandpaper tongue lolled out, licking her cheek from bottom to top in a fashion that was undoubtedly uncomfortable but hardly painful in the least. He rewarded the girl with at least two more before a shudder ran through that ebony cat's form and in mere seconds, that place where that feline had been was replaced with naked human skin. "That depends." He uttered softly, his baritone voice entirely rich with a rare amusement and yet, there was still little distance between his body and hers. "Do you still think you can beat me with your bare hands?" Well - it did all depend on her. Was she ready to admit defeat?
