South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

Serafina could hardly deny that grin that was settled upon her features as she so offered her own retort to Vhalla's comment on her now frozen lake. She altogether ignored her familiar's statement of how truly childish she was behaving and yet, really, didn't they all deserve a moment or two to resort to those antics of their youth? Still, the conversation shifted and, in turn, Serafina was content to merely listen to the fact that Raven and the witch upon the shore had met before. Her own eyebrow slowly rose of that story Raven depicted, her hand resting upon her hip as she uttered idly in consideration, "Hm....a witch who would dare fight weres but is too chicken for a little ice...." Her voice trailed off, as if this was truly a matter that required some sort of deep contemplation. She was teasing, naturally, though the witch was hardly unaware of that narrowed look her newfound friend so provided them. Apparently this one was a touchy subject, wasn't it? Noted. A singular glimpse was given back towards her companion at that offer to join the woman on those banks and yet, she had utmost faith the invitation would be denied, the woman only confirming that simple suspicion but moments later. Ha. Told you so.

Instead, her attention shifted to her familiar, beckoning her closer with a rather clear intent to make this whole ice skating business easier on the woman. After all, one could hardly skate in those shoes now could they? It was hardly difficult for the girl to craft those blades of ice, the element so responding to her particularly mischievous mood. Slowly, she rose, her gaze shifting towards the young woman on the bank who so refused to offer assistance should her ice fail her. Quite fortunately, Serafina was quite sure of herself in this one. Still, before her lips could even part, her companion already was offering a retort. A soft sigh left her lips as her attention shifted towards the were beside her. "No Raven, your my familiar. I'm just your witch." That distinction was quite important to her, the woman hardly wishing to be viewed as some sort of helpful spirit meant to make her companion grow in some fashion or another. It was not to say she didn't care for Raven, she did, she just didn't care for the responsibility that came with that title of familiar. Really though, Serafina hardly fretted over it long, instead turning towards her companion to near order her to fetch her new found companion.

In truth, it hardly occurred to the woman the utter geniousness within the choice of her words, at least, not until Vhalla herself so commented that she was not a dog. The simple utterance brought a grin to her features. "No, but she is a dog and she fetches fantastically." She replied brightly, nearly bragging of the woman at her side, entirely oblivious of how poorly Raven took the notion all the same. Frankly, Serafina scarcely saw a reason to deny who or what her companion reason. She watched with glee as Raven lifted the woman off the ground, pulling her towards them only to deposit her ever so gently upon the ice. "Nice one." She uttered approvingly towards her companion, for once entirely willing to so provide that praise that Raven so sought from her. Serafina could hardly help the grin from her features as Vhalla so pushed away from the she wolf, flailing almost immediately as she slipped upon that ice. She watched as the woman finally regained her balance, only to turn and regard her with a glimpse that was both displeased and yet, not entirely....angry either. Well, she could work with that.

A small shrug crossed the girl's shoulders, that hand once again settling upon her hip. "I don't believe I asked for permission." She stated simply enough before gesturing slightly to the girl's feet. "Come on, lift them up. The blades are way easier than your shoes, they can at least get traction." It hadn't occurred to her to inquire if either women had been ice skating before. Rather Serafina was content to merely throw them on the ice and see what happened. That was how people learned best right? Sink or swim sort of deal? The female bent down once again only as Vhalla's first foot was raised, her gaze drifting upwards at the woman's question and yet, she saw no reason to deny the woman her name. "Serafina. Your friendly neighborhood witch." Except not. More like, the creepy witch who 'talks to herself' and deals in 'illegal' potions. Ah well, semantics. It was only that mention of a 'couple' that saw Serafina pause, her gaze rising towards Raven, that simper faltering but momentarily before she nodded in confirmation. "That we do." She admitted softly and yet, the girl was quick to refocus herself on creating that second blade for the woman before her.
