South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

That man was a faerie? Him? The audacity of the man! She shook her head violently at the thought of it. Any pleasant thought she had for him had evaporated as soon as he spoke. She didn't care how charming the man thought he was, she despised his pompous attitude as he wittingly fired back at all of her remarks. The man was suave. Of course, the first faerie she'd encounter she wouldn't get along with. Even when she was a human many people found her impossible to get along with. She wondered why she had even gotten her hopes up in the first place. Everyone was the same. Instead of retreating though, there was something about him that kept her there. No matter how self-absorbed the man was, she remained interested in who he was. Especially now that she knew he was of her own race. As she saw the man pointing to his ears she couldn't help but get close enough to examine them. Having no respect for personal space, just centimeters away from the man she decided to tug at the tip of his ear to make sure it was real. This was a test to see how he would react to the sudden invasion of what others called a personal bubble. As well as admittedly, poking fun at the man. "How old are you? Do the ears grow with age? You must be pretty old," she spoke teasingly. She took a step back responding to his surprised statement of her not meeting one of her own kind before she told him, "I am relatively young when it comes to faerie age. Personally, I was not looking to meet one anyway. So simply, it shouldn't be that surprising I haven't encountered one until you." She listened to the man finally state his name. "Andras?" "Grace. Bravery. Manly. That is what your name reveals about your character", she chortles. "Maybe in this case, your façade," she snickered, eyeing his extended hand out to her. She saunters away, waiting for the man to lose his cool. She hears him ask her if she was planning on sleeping in the tree. Crouching over seeming disinterested, picking the dewy flower petals below her she curiously states, "why else do you think I'd be here at this time of night? I should ask you why you're casually wandering through a deserted park so late. Just out for a stretch?" she smirks. She loved how calm the stone faced the man seemed to be. She remembered her mom always telling her that more often than not, the people who try to disguise their emotions are the ones who have the most. She pondered how long it would take for this man to show his true colors. Trying a different method of pushing the man's buttons she proceeds to walk away. She watches the gentleman's face frown from what she assumed was confusion and frustration. She couldn't help but smile when she saw the man drop his guard for a moment. She thought to herself, 'Why does that man want to hide so badly? What or who is he hiding from?' Turning so her back was facing the man she told him, "I shouldn't be staying in one area for too long. I must go find another place to sleep since this one has been seen. Later!" Navi carrying on the dirt path, stretched her arm as high as she could in the air waving casually at the man. Giggling, she adds, "Unless you want to stay and be a dark hunter's meal."
