South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

She certainly seemed quite confident for such a young child and to be out here alone. Didn't her parents warn her about talking to strangers? And why is she out so late? Surely, it should be well past her bedtime by now. He would say that maybe her parents didn't care but from the looks of her clothes, she was well looked after. They looked clean for the most part and she wasn't scrawny or unkempt. She looked almost like a doll with her porcelain skin and wide innocent eyes but she seemed to know where she was and why she was here. When he moved the side for her, she looked like she may say something but then she seemed to rule against it, instead strolling over to the swing with purpose and sitting on it as she proclaimed it hers. He smirked indulgingly. "So it is. My apologies. I was unaware but now I am. It won't happen again." He said in his most sincere voice, his eyes gleaming with amusement. She was a cute kid. She looked him over as if she was trying to decide something and he patiently took his time standing up, not sure what he should be doing.

He couldn't very well just leave her like this, all alone in a park on a swing. He needed to find her parents, but what if she didn't want to go back? What if she was one of those bratty little kids that never wanted to leave the park and she ran away just to come back here? Then she wasn't going to willingly point him in the direction of her house. He would have to play this smart. She told him that she wasn't lost and then proclaimed that she didn't have parents. He scowled, slowly making his way over to the swing beside her where he nudged his head, putting his hands in his pockets as if to make himself seem more harmless. This way she would know he wasn't about to grab her and kidnap her or something like that. "May I?" He asked softly, waiting for her to nod before he took a seat on the swing next to her. He looked at the ground, trying to pretend this was a serious conversation with anyone else but a young little girl. Cause that would just be silly, right? "I know you may not be happy with them right now but that doesn't mean they're not your parents. They still care about you. They still love you. Right now you may want to play on the swing but eventually you're going to be hungry and then who's going to make pancakes just the way you like them in the morning, hm?"

He was fishing, trying to find out what she liked so he could talk her into re-liking her parents enough to tell him where they were. Then he could walk her back over there and wah-lah, no more responsibilities or worrying what to do with a kid that wasn't even his. He never expected to have this problem. She told him she wanted to play a game then and he smiled. "Okay, I'll play. But maybe afterwards, we can talk more about your house?" He tried to coax her into it, figuring if he indulged her enough by playing her game, she would trust him enough to open up about where to take her. Kids were much easier to gain trust from, right? Seemed easy enough when pedophiles did it, not that he was comparing or anything. God, he needed to stop that train of thought before he grossed himself out. Not cool, Taylor. He held onto the chains of the swing and braced his legs, glancing over at her. "Ready?" When she said it, he kicked off, laughing as he swung his legs and started bringing himself higher and higher, only then did he glance over to see how far she had gotten. He wouldn't jump until she gave the word. "Say when!" He yelled over to her.
