South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

Tetradore was hardly prepared for the fashion in which the two individuals attempted to gang up on him with such teasing words. That playfulness within those biting lyrics was near foreign to him, if only for the simple fact that most tended to fear the King enough to quiet such distinct mischievousness. That assurance that he was an asshole caused those emerald eyes to turn towards his Vector, and yet, the Alpha was wholly silent, as if he was almost unsure of whether or not Henry was being serious. After all, it was no secret between the two men the regard in which he held their relationship. Henry had promised everything was okay between them...right? By nature, the man was rather a private individual, purposefully skirting those details of Henry's creation and his own part within. He hardly expected the fashion at which Henry quite near scoffed at his vagueness, the man filling in those very things that Tetradore himself had left out. Apparently they were closer than Tetradore had expected, or the man was not nearly as reserved as the Alpha himself was. His mouth parted, fully intending to voice that apology once again only for Malia's exclamation of that dog to stop him altogether.

A huff left the panther's lips, the man rolling those emerald eyes at that almost bashful look across Malia's features. "I didn't want the dog" He insisted with an almost vague touch of annoyance. "I just needed the damn yippy thing to just shut the fuck up. I was going for the stupid painting in that god damned house behind the dog but everytime I try to get it something keeps ruining it. First you and...well I don't know what the fuck you were trying to do." That gaze turned towards Malia, "Certainly enough to make the man bring out a gun, and then you with your stupid dog. It shouldn't be this fucking hard to steal a damn painting. Jesus Christ." That bristling was hardly directed towards Malia and Henry, even despite the almost accusatory words. Rather, it was Tetradore's continued lack of that Aivazovsky - not that he had made an effort to go after that art work again lately, what with all that had been occurring within his life. Still, maybe Isolt had been right, maybe keeping that painting of those rough seas within his cabin was the bad luck causing that mess that had infected his world. Maybe if he got his hands on that painting of those calm waters, it would too calm his own life. It was a feeble naive hope but, these days that was almost all he had.

His gaze shifted towards Henry only at the young man's efforts to ease his own guilt over that fateful evening, that insistence that it was in the past was almost...welcomed, much less the distraction of Malia and the tears they both knew she was crying. That idea of crying in groups, much less Malia's inquiry of them volunteering, prompted a snort of amusement from the were-King's lips. "I'm pretty sure it'd be reduced to a cacophony of yowls." He responded, already able to imagine his Vector and his own attempts to faux 'cry' with the young woman. If his roar wasn't enough to keep the coyotes away, that noise certainly would be. He hardly expected for the woman to provide them with a real answer and yet, the truth of that situation prompted a small frown upon those feline features. "I'm sorry, Malia." He uttered in the aftermath of that explanation, those baritone lyrics certainly filled with a sort of sincerity for the woman's plight. He could only imagine how difficult it was to say goodbye to the only family she'd really known for most of her life. He hardly accepted that simple shrug she offered in the wake of that story and yet, Tetradore was hardly the prying type. Rather, his head gestured but loosely towards his companion, an almost skeptical glimpse given towards Henry. "We are trying to teach that one how to climb trees. You should have seen how many times he's fallen." Now it was his turn to tease his vector, even if those words were delivered with an almost factual tone of voice. Baby steps, right?
