South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

It is perhaps as close to a laugh as the boy has ever come, that rasping, hissing sound within the leopards throat his own version of such a thing as he tumbles back into the grass, allowing himself to fall, limbs flying within the air as he does before the gold and dark boy rolls- each muscle coiling and rolling with liquid-like easy beneath his frame. It is perhaps the sole benefit of his imprisonment, Risqué seemingly content enough to assure neither Tetradore nor himself ever go hungry, the vampire woman requiring them to be healthy enough to do her bidding, this supply of food having finally seen the young man gain weight, flesh having turned just as rapidly into muscle. He will never be heavy nor bulky, the man naturally lean and lithe and yet what had once been rib and points and bones had become a healthy covering of flesh and toned, athletic muscle- an improvement clear even within his leopard form as he prepares himself for another lunge. He remains near mesmerized by the lights as they flicker and dance above, pupils dilated and large to better view his prey before he springs a number of feet into the air, simply a gift of his species rather than any supernatural ability, jaws snapping shut upon one unfortunate firefly before he lands, head shaking frantically in an effort to 'kill' his prey before what remains of the insect is spat upon the floor.

Golden head lifts, dark eyes searching now for his female companion, her words vibrating within his mind as he moves to locate the wolf amongst the field and tall grass, eyes resting upon her grey and dark form as she leaps and lunges, snapping loudly at the insects as his own form drops suddenly, crouched down and hidden beneath the long, tall grass. For a moment he remains where he is, a playful growl vibrating within his chest as his tail flicks and twists before his form falls silent. The leopard moves to glide forward now, within a near perfect hunting stance, slinking and creeping through the glass, moving to place himself instinctively downwind of the wolf to hide himself entirely, the girl surely still distracted by her insects- though sure to notice he is missing soon. It is a natural hunting instinct, the desire to chase and kill assured and one that moves dangerously within his mind now. Yet...whatever fathom of respect he holds for the woman sees this natural hunting desire quelled, his actions more playful then predatory as he begins to creep. Each paw is silent, each limb moved with natural slow, precise ease, the man displaying a patience his human form often seems incapable of as it is he stalks the girl, her paw steps halted now, perhaps having noticed his absence as he allows his paw to snap a twig beneath himself, the sound coming from behind her- though indeed he has already moved, coming now from the side- teasing her, toying with her as he creeps closer and closer.

It is now that his form shifts and changes, fur falling free to give way to skin and flesh, the leopard replaced with the boy as he suddenly explodes upward from the grass beside her in an effort to startle her, fingers hooked like claws as he bares his human teeth in perhaps the most playful game he has ever offered her.

"ROAR GRRRRR ROOOOAR!"

He snaps his teeth now shaking his wild hair in every direction, swatting at her with a hooked hand in some clear attempt to startle her before his 'growling' fearsome and terrifying as it is, breaks off into a clearly delighted snicker at the shock upon her features before he suddenly moves to drop to his knees before her, much of his naked form fortunately covered by the sheer length of the grass as he reaches on hand forward to run his fingers through the fur of her neck.

"I scared you...I win!"

This momentary gentleness seems to last a mere moment longer, wild dark eyes held against her own, the boy seemingly calmer within this moment as he strokes her neck before his lip quirks into a smirk of sorts once more, head tilting ever so slightly to the side before he moves to stand abruptly once more, haphazardly brushing the grass from his knees, fingers running through his own tangled mop of ebony locks, toned frame entirely clear now as he swats half-heartedly at a passing fly before he seems utterly content to burst into...song.

"I'm gunna be a mighty King so enemies beware."

He pauses momentarily in his singing (yelling rhythmically really he is not much of a singer) as if seeming to offer a space for the lines of the song not his own, before bursting into song once more.

"I'm gunna be the mane event like no king was before, I'm brushing up on looking down and working on my roar!"

He turns to grin back at Birdie once more, snickering again before he seems to decide he is done, this moment a bizarre and seemingly random occurrence as his features fall blank once more, his singing replaced with humming as he abruptly moves to seat himself beside his wolf, leaning back against the girl now, his normal attitude returned, the boy seemingly content to act as if his rendition of the Lion King had never occurred, his sung words faultless and free of stutter, yet another side to his unusual nature, his words a whisper now, spoken suddenly once more.

"I like that song....the best but it is....a secret."

One finger moves, tracing lazy patterns now in the dirt at his feet.
