South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

The cat, it would seem- is very hungry.

Her words to him that night had made little impression, the curly-haired woman having seen fit to inform him she would be unavailable to entertain him this evening and as such Tobias had done little more then mutter darkly towards her, displeasure having etched every line within his tall, youthful frame as she had wandered from the warehouse. He had allowed her a head start of perhaps twenty minutes or so before the deranged creature had seen fit to follow. She does not command him, she cannot make him obey her. She belongs to him and he has decided she does not have permission to be free of him tonight. Birdie is his thing, his toy, his possession whether she accepts it or not, the darkened tendrils of his damaged mind having curled dangerously around the woman, feeding his obsession with her each night he demands she sleep beside him. He is a possessive creature, those he favours kept close, those he perceives of value kept closer still and indeed the Were has gleamed some for of value in his curly-haired companion. He is a dangerously animalistic individual, so long spent within his animal form assuring the line between man and best is so perilously thin, so many of his human mannerism reflecting upon the animal within, the boy barely tamed in any sense of the word, a volatile, unstable creature and yet one whom is utterly unwilling to share his prize.

The scent of another male alone sees his pace increase, bare feet silent atop the earth as his own unique power extends to instantly locate the creature whom he hunts now, the position of the other man readily perceived as the dark-eyed deviant glides amongst the shadows of the park. This may not be his territory, nor that of his packs, yet he is content to command it all the same. He does not understand, perhaps, that the vampire may hold little intent other than conversing with the woman and yet it hardly matters. He is a dominant creature, bows to one Alpha alone and no other and indeed some part of his damaged, fractured mind has decided Birdie is his and his alone, not something to be shared. The presence of another male, regardless of species, seeming to insight his agitation this night. The English tones of the vampire man ring readily into the darkness as the younger man pauses off to the side, chocolate hued eyes peering through lashings of wild ebony hair to rest upon the girl, her...nervousness a palpable thing, the scent of it heavy within the air and as such perhaps his desire to....protect is given to weave within his growing agitation.

He moves to come forward within that moment, moving to come from behind the vampire man, his own towering frame easily as tall as the vampire himself as those dark eyes narrow with clear discord, a growl within his throat- announcing his presence now as he pauses merely a stride from the man. It is perhaps the fault of Risqué, to a certain extent, that his tolerance for vampires has grown weaker and weaker with each passing day, his owners continued demands and ability to force her will upon him assuring his anger and agitation had steadily begun to extend towards all vampires, even those whom meant him little harm. His mind is not...normal, does not function as it should, the effects of his own chaotic power assuring it is little more then a tangled mess of flickering images that even he cannot entirely perceive. Madness- they call it, though so few understand the clever cunning that lies beneath that chaos of his thoughts, nor how dangerous the often child-like creature truly is. For a moment his head simply tilts to the side like a curious puppy, lashings of dark hair falling into that fathomless dark gaze as a perfectly innocent grin seems to touch his features, words directed to the man now.

"Why is...vampire here?"

His words are fractured broken, each syllable a struggle as he continues to regard him the way a child examines a shiny toy.

"Do...you want to...see.....a trick?"

Dark eyes flicker briefly to Birdie once more before returning to the vampire, Tobias in possession of far more than just one 'trick' as he holds up his hands before him, fingers nails suddenly splitting and cracking to give way to rather sizeable claws, the boy evidently a partial shifter, part of his animal form visible now in the sharpened knives he now wields upon each finger. He moves abruptly once more, stepping suddenly forward to circulate the man, a clear act of intimidation, acting as any dominant male- seeking to drive away a potential competitor.

"I know lots....of tricks....lots....I can even make...vampire bleed."

He grins once more now, so innocent, so playful- just like a child, though his teeth have been replaced with far more noticeable weaponry, the boy begging to look very near demonic now as he snickers in delight, the first indication he may not be entirely sane.

"Girl belongs...to me....not to you. So fuck off."

One eye lifts, as if daring the man to disagree, another snarl rising within his throat before he moves to turn away from him, striding now towards Birdie, assured he is done with the vampire entirely, dark eyes narrowed now upon the woman, his tone....annoyed.

"I did not say you...could go out. I do not like.....other men...near you. We are going home."

madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
