South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better

Weather or not Sebastian held any notion that he could assist the young girl in the rather difficult situation she found herself in certainly remained to be seen. Death was not something he particularly enjoyed causing, although even his history held the odd assortment of bodies within his wake. Pleasure was his specialty. Pleasure, he found, gave it's own unique taste to the blood that flowed through the veins of his victims. Quite frankly, such a unique gift certainly served to keep him alive far longer then any trail of dead bodies. His gaze graced over the woman, the smallest hint of pity crossing through his crystalline gaze before his attention returned to the young mistress upon her swing. He knew all to well what she was capable of, the memories of that night burned within his head and it was that which made Sebastian tread lightly, purposefully attempting to seem as little of a threat as possible. "Ah." He replied simply, a look of understanding almost immediately replacing whatever concern he had for the human. The vampire in front of him was...volatile at best, or so he seemed to innately recognize. Children were not meant to be vampires. They were not meant to live forever. His train of thought, however, was abruptly ruined by her optimistic voice, her momentary frustration clearly forgotten in the light of a new game.

"Play?" He questioned, taking her offer as an invitation to step off the path and slowly the man approached the swing set in front of him. "Okay. What do you want to play?" He inquired, his english accent still strong despite all the years that had passed. With some effort, the vampire wiggled his way into the swing beside her that was clearly too small for some one like him. He ignored it entirely though, pushing off ever so slightly beside her. In truth, Sebastian couldn't remember the last time he was in a place like this, doing something so....childish, if he ever had in the first place. He wasn't sure just where he was going with this...peculiar effort to appease the vampire beside him. Frankly he wasn't even sure why he was bothering in the first place. He should have held resentment for her, he should have disposed her for what she had done for him -for leaving him there alone to pick up the pieces of his broken life. Despite all the things he should have done, Sebastian found himself feeling oddly indifferent, if not mystified by her.
