South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

It was easy for Nadya to follow Frost's lead into that dining hall and to sit at one of those long tables. It was far less so to convince her body to swallow and not revolt and the few bites of the mash she was able to force down. Nadya pushed that bowl away with the excuse of being too full so as to not offend the others around her. "It's ok, I'll manage." She shook her head in reassurance to Frost. It had been many years since she had gone without a meal but she did remember pilfering from food vendors once a day when she first struck out on her own. The last thing she wanted was for Frost to take more risk on her account. She was sure she could go a day or two.

Nadya really didn't have time to explain any of that before a woman and her child approached, tapping Frost's shoulder. Frost's attention perhaps was too preoccupied on the woman at first but Nadya saw that flash of violet of the little girl's eyes to know right away. She had his eyes; a rare color that immediately singled her out. Frost had never once mislead her about his past here, about the women he had slept with and the possible amount of children he had. In one part of her mind she did know it was a possibility to run into at least one of them and in another part she had completely forgotten about them. Nadya turned her attention away from Frost and Aurora, bringing it back to the empty bowl that now sat in front of her.

It brought a slight pain to her chest, knowing and seeing are far two different things. Although Frost said it could be possible for them to have one of their own she knew the chances were far less than how easily he had perhaps come by these ones. How even more out of place she felt in that moment.

Nadya glanced up when Frost turned back to the table, meeting his gaze as his fingers barely brushed hers. How much she wanted to wrap her arm around his and relish in that simple closeness he allowed in public. Here and now she knew very well would be unacceptable and surely raise alarm even with his feminine illusion. Nadya managed a soft smile, "Of course, they're your children, you should get to meet them." She definitely didn't want him to feel like he had to push any of them away. "If you wanted, after, to take them back with us...to have them closer." Wouldn't he want to bring them back and have them a part of the pack? At very least Nadya had been expecting that of his mother, perhaps in her own house though if that's what she wanted.

Frost whisked off though leaving her to follow the flow of their table once they began to rise and meander back out of the building. Nadya wasn't sure how far she could amble in no known direction before being noticed. Luckily she didn't have to think about that when Frost reappeared, shoving apples into her hands as she quickly followed his directions and hid them under her shirt. "Thank you." Nadya nudged his shoulder with hers slightly in lightheartedness as those waves of emotions began to settle. He cared and that she would never question.

Once back in Gaeska's home, she perched on the side of the bed beside her stolen apples and began to nibble at one. While they waited for people to start showing up she cautiously broached the subject. "...Do you not remember them...the women?" It was curious for her how Frost couldn't remember any of the women he had slept with. It wasn't like she wanted him to be thinking of those times when with her but...was she forgettable...would he not remember their time? Their time together seemed like he was a very active participant when it came to sex after all.
