South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Azrael

Only Fools Walk Where Angels Fear To Tread

"Do you have to fucking do that?"

Those words were snapped with that same determined grouchiness in which Azrael so seemed to snap most things. The Hunter's golden eyes shifting away from the road before him to slide towards the wolf in the passenger seat, Raven continuing to hang her head out of the window like it was a fucking joy ride. She was going to lose her damn head he was sure of it. The Hunter cringing every time they flew past a road sign. For a being so damn determined not to be treated like an animal she was hardly helping her case. His fingers reached near automatically for the buttons on the center console- Azrael pressing down on the one that corresponded with Raven's own window to send it rolling upward another inch or two- enough that she could still stick her nose out and yet not nearly enough to get her head all the way through. Maybe she would thank him later when she wasn't a decapitated pile of former-wolf. Maybe he was already regretting his decision in dragging the Were into this to begin with. A tip-off about some random location in the middle of nowhere that might or might not have been a hotbed for illegal supernatural activity wasn't exactly a strong lead. That 'tip' merely stating he would blend in all the more if he had a Were with him and yet why in the hell that would matter he hardly knew. Still, he supposed, it was his job to check these things out even if it turned out to be a waste of time and his evening would be spent wasted in a car with an oversized dog rather than with Sera on the couch where he was damn well sure he belonged.

This better damn well be worth it. How much farther was it anyway? Could this road even go for any longer? They'd left the city behind well over an hour ago. A few more hours and they'd be in the next city and yet for now that highway simply stretched on and on, the car occasionally passing what remained of a factory or a mine or a burned out warehouse that had seen better days. Lovely area. Azrael leaned further back into his own seat with a sigh, the Hunter having all but accepted that this was going to be a very long and likely very boring evening. Raven, in the least, seemed to be almost enjoying the car ride. Not that he was sure how he knew to tell when a wolf was happy. How Sera spent so much time with the creature he'd never know and yet his instincts were becoming easier and easier to ignore when it came to his girlfriends Familiar in the very least. That sudden flare of headlights in his own rear vision mirror prompted Azrael to glance upwards. A jet black car raced out from behind him then to all but fly past and overtake before disappearing into the darkness ahead.

"Fucking vampires, don't know where the goddamn turn signal is, driving around in goddamn Lykens."

The words were all but muttered beneath his breath. Azrael unwilling to admit that it had been a decently impressive car. That road hardly staying empty long before another and another car appeared behind them. Hmph. Maybe they were near something if cars were actually starting to show up. That vast majority of those vehicles were designed with little but speed in mind as several more swerved around Raven and himself to race ahead as if they couldn't see the damn speed limit. Even despite that speed however his senses were distinctly aware that they were being passed by vampires. That, if nothing else, was unusual. Unless there was some sort of vampire car convention on this god forsaken wasteland too. His gaze turned briefly back toward Raven then.

"Where do you thi- Jesus Christ!"

Those very words were all but caught within his throat as his own Aston Martin crested that small rise before dropping down into a small valley of sorts on the other side. Hundreds upon hundreds of cars were parked off to the side of the road now and surrounding one of the biggest warehouses he had ever seen. Rows upon rows of spotlights illuminating those steel sides in the darkness. That building seeming to rise out of the desert all on its own. Several rows of barbed wire fencing surrounding it. What in christs name were they trying to keep out? Or maybe keep in. This had to be the place. Azrael easily slowed his own car before guiding it off the road and into one of those few remaining spaces between a cactus and a damn big truck, the Hunter noting for the first time the sheer amount of trucks that seemed to be parked in between those sports cars and luxury vehicles. Was it....some sort of show? Why were there so many vampires? Why had he been told to bring bloody Raven? Those questions had barely formed within his own mind before his senses readily picked up on another distinct aura. Hunter. There were other Hunter's here. Several of them in fact. Rouge Hunters at that. Not a single one of those beings who passed them by listed among the Council's ranks.

"I know some of them, at least, I know of them. She's a Bounty Hunter and so is he. They....round up the strays the council misses on occasion provided we pay them. Hmm. Seems your kind is a popular pet with this crowd."

His gaze had shifted away from those few hunters and towards several more vampires- each of them flanked by several Were-creatures in turn. Those collars about their necks leaving little room for the imagination as to just what role they played as vampiric lap-dogs. Still- the very notion that Raven and himself were somehow going to blend with this crowd seemed all but fucking ludacris. He needed....more Hunters. Hell, they needed an entire undercover operation for whatever the hell this was. Several of those Rouge Hunters in the least would know who he was, Azrael willing to believe a numbers of those vampires surely would in turn. Yet here and now he had only Raven and himself. It would take....hours to drive back, whatever this was likely to be over by then, Azrael momentarily caught been attempting to decide whether or not he needed to phone for some sort of assistance or simply....scout the event for now. Another irritable sound falling from him then before he reached over into the backseat to fumble for.....anything that might rhoughly count as a disguise. The man grasping that baseball cap, sunglasses, scarf and what appeared to be a bottle of Sera's mascara. Great.

"Here, put this on and just....pretend to be a pet alright?"

Azrael lifted that scarf easily then, winding it around Raven's neck in some semblance of a collar before jamming that baseball cap onto his own head, those sunglasses resting on top before reaching for that mascara. Well.....if this was all he had. It was easy enough to brush that brush across his upper lip, the Hunter eyeing himself in that drivers mirror before turning to Raven with that distinctly painted on moustache. This, it seemed, the best version of a disguise the man could come up with at such short notice. Azrael, for now, determined to merely get a look inside that place.

"I know- I look like an out of work porn-star lets just...not.....just hurry up and stay with me. Im going to see what the hell is going on here. Come on."
