South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

He could hardly deny he enjoyed those teasing touches, Tobias entirely content to draw Raven closer to him and agianst him as his lips found the smooth slope of her neck and his wife drew her head back to allow him that very access. How instinctive her movements were, how natural. If only she could allow her flirtation to be the same! It so hardly mattered to him, of course, whether or not Raven ever excelled in the art of seduction and yet he could hardly deny it would be ...pleasant to have her spontaneously offer that affection on occasion- beyond those sweet kisses or glances she afforded him. Intimacy, after all, could be easy if she allowed it to be. The very notion that Raven already believed herself to be hopeless was surely merely just a lack of confidence in her own abilities, or at least, her abilities to learn.Tobias near assured she held just as much talent as any other woman. Raven was merely a little more ...self conscious and yet he was her husband. Surely she saw no need to be self-conscious around him. That soft blush those kisses seemed to prompt to her cheeks coaxed a grin to his own features in turn before he lent away. Raven insisted she was surely capable of doing something just the same as that. Tobias finding he was rather looking forward to her efforts.

Raven's sudden declaration, however, that she desired to run about the savannah in the middle of the night readily saw both eyes lift upward in concern. The Savannah at night was almost certainly a different place that it was during the say. Real lions and leopards and cheetahs likely prowled those fields at night. Those animals unlikely to take kindly to another in their territory. Tobias assured he hardly desired to have to fight off a wild animal he had annoyed with his mere presence. There was, too, the very notion that other Were's might yet have claimed this territory. Running into another pack was equally as displeasing to his mind. Tobias, for once, having considered the very safety of the activity before suggesting that Africa was perhaps not truly to place to run about in those animalistic forms. Perhaps outside the hotel a little would be acceptable and yet across miles and miles of unknown savannah terrain was a risk he was hardly willing to take. That Raven might suggest something so.....bold was unusual. His wife so often the far more cautious and reserved of them both. Her suggestion that his other half was rubbing off on her readily prompted a scowl to his features.

"I hope not!"

A taint of amusement found his words all the same, Tobias chuckled softly before suggesting that it was surely time to go and see those elephants Raven had wanted to see. The gangly deviant, this time, offering Raven the chance to drive that car as they packed up the remains of the picnic blanket and loaded it back into the truck. The keys were fished smoothly from his pocket then, Tobias handing them to his mate before moving around to the passenger side of the car to let himself in and climb into the seat. Raven easily placed the key in the ignition, the truck roared to life beneath her hands a moment later before she asked him to read from that map and guide them toward the Elephant Park. Tobias reached for the map then, the young man unfolding it readily, his adoration of those dots and lines carrying over to this personality in turn. The gangy deviant, for a single moment, merely following those lines with his eyes before the notion he was supposed to be reading from the map occurred to him. Elephant Park. Right.

"It's not too far, we need to make a right at the next crossroad and follow that right down to the end. It should be just there,I think."

The truck rumbled and rattled down that hill and back through the water, Tobias content to eye it with the same displeasure he so normally did and yet he felt content enough in the safety of that truck. The water, surely, unable to reach him here. Raven piloted the truck up the other side then, the woman a better driver then he had truly anticipated. Tobias not unwilling to admit he looked forward to seeing those elephants. Raven's voice distracted him from those very thoughts then, his mate insisting that she could increase her size to that of an elephant, albeit a smaller one than those they were seeing today, before insisting they could feed, pet, play with or walk the elephants. Walk? Tobias' own head tilted to the side in clear curiosity of the idea. How did one walk an elephant? On a lead? Like a dog? Did they need walking? Truly, he supposed, he'd never really considered the idea. Then again it made sense that an animal so large would need exercise to some degree. Tobias motioned for Raven to take that right in the road then.

"We should nearly be there, I think. Have you ever made yourself as large as an elephant? I....dont....remember that. I know you can change sizes, or at least, he knows and he's told me. Those memories are ...harder for me to find though."

His features frowned once more. Tobias attempting to shuffle through what fractured, fragmented images existed within his own mind in search of a memory and yet those shared memories that existed between this conscious and the next were not always so...clear. Those thoughts often inclined to be hazy. His own head shook as if attempting to clear his mind. Tobias, for now, pushing those thoughts aside to return his attention to that approaching elephant sanctuary.

"I'd like to pet one, I think. Are they just...roaming free in here?"
