South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

That she would be considered a person of strength is quite laughable to her. If she had known Alexis was looking up to her in a role model way, the young woman would make her forget such a thing. There wasn't anything she considered of herself as being a strong person. She was weak. This she accepted. To some scars showed strength, but to her they showed weakness. Each mark a permanent reminder that she was incapable of protecting herself, a sign that she was frequently in some sort of skirmish and always would she be the loser and someone else be the victor. One could say she was easy pickings. There were times when she tried to hide them. Every day she would wear a jacket or sweater of some sort, but she couldn't stand to wear the long garments when the season changed to hotter temperatures. It had taken time and some practice, but she managed to learn a few things here and there each time she got into a scuffle. Most of the time her goal wasn't meant to win, more so, it was to keep herself alive. She knew full well that most of Alexis's opponents wouldn't be small like her, but at least she could learn something useful. It was the words that came from Alexis that caused the girl to turn her head with a low growl.

"If you call yourself a weakling...then you will believe it- so...don't say that."

Consider her pep talk just an inkling of what she had told herself so many times in the past. Not once did she like the feeling of admitting she was weak or hearing such words coming out of others. She knew she could but different, but it was so hard to gather up confidence for herself. It was much easier to provide that to others, at least, to those that actually had it. Raven could see Alexis self-doubting herself and she would not tolerate such a thing, especially when she felt Alexis was quite capable of doing something one would considered brave. Though right now is the time for the two to consider being daring at this point. Last time she had chased Alexis she had gone feral and she hoped once again she would do no such thing. As she stood waiting for the vixen's attention, the soft comment about her face left the she-wolf to simply stare at her for a moment. Blue-grey eyes simply held her gaze for a few quiet moments before a rough snort of disbelief left her muzzle as she shook her head in wordless disagreement.

As soon as the vixen ran she would wait a few minutes before she followed. As she ran through the long thick grasses low snarls could be heard as her grey paws slammed into the ground, easily catching up to the fox. Every now and then her head would lower enough to snap at Alexis' tail, to force her to fin. It took a while, but finally the fox began to leave her behind, moving through the tall grass. Reaching the creek her head would lower catching barely a trace of a scent. Following the smallest faint of her scent coming from the water, blue-grey eyes narrowed as she began to walk along her side of the bank, looking for something. As she began to travel down the bank she noticed familiar paw prints coming from the water and heading straight back to the tall grasses. Growling she moved back towards the grass, but stopped herself. Heading for a large rock formation that laid by the creek she stepped into the creek, reaching behind the rock, as a way to mask her scent. Hopping on top of the rock she laid down and waited, seeing the vixen come out of the tall grasses...without taking a good look of her surroundings. Easily leaping off the rocks she would run and snap her jaws as one grey paw went in to smack her side. Grey trimmed ears would laced back as her eyes narrowed, her voice jammed into Alexis' head as she gave her a gruff demand.

"Now...attack me...and don't hold back."
