South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

kissing death and loosing my breath
The young witch was making every effort to be amicable with her companion, especially considering that she had drawn him here in the first place. It was perhaps that which allowed the girl to be so courteous to her current company to the extent that she was even willing to pay for a pizza that she had neither ordered nor had the faintest desire to even eat prior to being offered it. Never the less, the girl had been content enough to provide him with the contents of her coin purse, tossing it in his general direction. She paused in her nibbling of her pizza, her eyebrows raising ever so slightly as her grey tinged gaze settled on the blond in front of her, watching him stumble over his own feet in an effort to run from her innocent ebony cloth bag. A grin broke out upon her fair features as she stifled the giggles, knowing all too well he'd hardly appreciate her laughter. Almost immediately her simper disappears from her facade, replaced by a look of complete and utter guiltlessness beneath his cold stare. She purposefully ignored his mumbling, willing to let him pick out the coins that he believed he was owed. Instead, the young witch turned her attention back to the real travesty at hand - olives.

Serafina was quite pleased to find that she'd won the war when it came to the fickle green and black circles. The appearance of her tongue startling enough to hush the man, moving onto topics that were...far less fun as far as Serafina was concerned. "Thank you." Her soprano voice replied brightly in an almost singsong type fashion, entirely unaffected by his perhaps unusual compliment. It was then the young female bounded to her feet in a nimble fashion, offering her hand to the fellow settled on the ground. His retort was hardly unexpected and yet, Serafina couldn't help the soft snort that left her nose. "Well, you weren't going to help me up." She pointed out, as if it particularly mattered in one way or the other. Her eyebrow rose ever so slightly as she watched him fold his arms over his chest, her head shifting to the side in such a fashion that her ebony locks swayed. She watched the fashion his fingertips pressed against the bridge of his nose, falling silent entirely as he launched into his own eloquent chiding.

The girl fell silent, letting him complain to his heart's content about the women in his days. She didn't once intrude, her playful features instead twisting to a simple indifference as she was once again reminded just how little she had within the world. There was no boyfriend to teach her how men should behave with her. No father to shoot any boy who tried to take her home. There was no one but her and surely that contributed to her perhaps over friendly behavior with individuals that clearly didn't want her presence. She watched him pivot upon his feet, and immediately the girl fell into step, making a conscious effort to bring the conversation back to a somewhat pleasant place without entirely ignoring his small outburst. "I don't have anyone I spend my time with, thank you very much. Maybe if I had a Dark Hunter willing to show me just how gentlemen acted..." Her soprano voice trailed off, a small, hesitant simper once again crossing her sweet heart lips. See - Serafina was trying, regardless if the man wanted to recognize it or continue to attempt his efforts to put a damper upon her evening. Either way her hands clasped together in front of her, her grey tinged gaze redirected to the streets in front of her. "It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Az." She added in an after thought, showing just how capable she was of having the manners that he deemed her incapable of showing.
