South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.
Home of: The Cavalry

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon

"Hey!" Nadya's shout of surprise shot into the quiet forest, watching as Tobias snatched her shoe and proceeded to maul it into the dirt. "Now it's all dirty." She huffed and strode over to none so elegantly retrieve her muddied shoe from the ground and swipe at Tobias' retreating tail though it was equally playful. All she could do lately was roll her eyes at his antics since none of it was truly harmful. He had behaved at the baby store and succeeded in leaving without too much damage done to the store and zero to employees or patrons. It was a win that had Nadya more comfortable being out with Tobias in public after that. Nadya watched Tobias bounce around as she dropped her shoes by the boulder and chose to take a rest on it herself.

She had half expected Tobias to continue his bouncing right off into the shadows to go torture some animal before killing it. Hopefully it wasn't another Were he would run in to. When Tobias didn't budge at her encouragement but instead grabbed at her shirt with his pearly whites Nadya knew this wasn't going to be a night of solitude. "Hey, you already made my shoe dirty, don't rip my shirt too." One of Nadya's hands left her belly to push at the leopard's head until he released. Her fingers delicately continued their path over his head to run over the silky spotted coat of his neck and top of shoulders. "Alright, fine, you can stay but that means you have to be good." Any other person would have thought it rather ludicrous to tell Tobi to be good since they were in a forest which seemed like a place you could get into the least amount of trouble. However, leave it to Tobi to find something so Nadya never took a chance.

Her gaze slid up the tree watching Tobias find a spot particular of his liking. Leopards and jaguars were much more comfortable in high up positions so tree dwelling came naturally to them. Nadya thoroughly missed it. With a deep breath and sigh Nadya leaned back against the boulder using her hands to brace herself in order to look up at the stars that twinkled down through the trees. She let the sounds of the forest envelope her senses, though dulled in her human form, and heard an ever so distant sound that sounded like a trickling stream. Nadya left her perch on the boulder and began to meander in that direction before an odd sharp pain spiked through her side causing her to halt and inhale sharply in surprise. Her brows furrowed and her body tensed a moment before she figured it was just a normal muscle strain; she was carrying a lot of extra baggage lately. Again she made to move in the direction of the stream before another jab of pain rippled through her lower body this time causing her to cry out. This was so much more different than the jabs the twins had given her organs.

All at once an odd feeling like peeing herself happened and at first Nadya was confused but then understood what was happened. "Shit." The single coherent word left her mouth before another contraction tensed her body and curl over clutching her lower stomach causing her to cry out yet again. This didn't seem right, it was happening to fast, the book she had read said there would be warnings before, warning little discomfort pains before water breaking. The pain was supposed to be the birth not the whole contractions too right? "Tobi! Come on, we have to go back." Nadya hissed through her teeth as she turned around from her path back the direction they had come from.
