South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

kissing death and loosing my breath
It was all too easy to reach up and gingerly pluck the tight hair band from those so meticulously placed blonde locks. Serafina watched the way they cascaded down Tamzin's head, brushing against her shoulders. It was a shame she'd tucked all those luxurious locks away. Women would have killed for that head of such perfect hair. Her stormy gaze shifted with the sharp sound of Tamzin's voice and yet, Serafina hardly backed down, instead displaying a sly simper that she knew Tamzin would quickly forgive. After all, she always did when they were younger. Hopefully things hadn't changed. A soft breath of relief left the young witch's lips as her remark was met with a sardonic comment of the Dark Hunter's own. A grin crossed her features, the girl quickly moving the topic along to suggest they step outside only to watch her friend pause to chase another last sip of that oh so tantalizing alcohol. By Serafina's count, Tamzin had what, three shots more than her? If not more. Serafina was not a lightweight by any means but she was still thoroughly impressed the hunter had managed to consume so much in such a short amount of time while still remaining on her feet. Maybe her genetics gave her some kind of edge?

Still, Serafina hardly protested, her head shaking ever so slightly as she followed Tamzin out of the bar. She stayed particularly close to the dark hunter, watching her swaying movements with concern. The witch had known that Tamzin hadn't had the tolerance for all those beverages, at least from her memories of the woman during their youths. And now they were all catching up to her. Serafina's head shook ever so slightly from side to side and yet she hardly bothered to stop the woman. Tamzin had always taken such good care of her when Serafina had hardly known the arts of stealing or flirting for food and money. Perhaps tonight was a night that she might be able to return the many favors the woman had done for her. The notion of such was enough to bring a small simper to Serafina's lips, her stormy gaze once again refocusing upon the figure of the Dark Hunter as she quickened her step to catch up to her friend. Her idle reminiscences of the past had caused her steps to slow and linger.

"Tamzin?" She inquired as she approached the hunter leaning against the cold brick wall. The witch's porcelain features once again showed that same touch of worry and yet, she hardly had long to linger upon Tamzin's sudden stillness before a rather masculine voice pierced through the stillness of the night. The corner of her lips furrowed ever so slightly as she turned to the sound of the voice, hardly missing the gleaming of fangs within the low light of the moon. The idiot thought Tamzin might make a perfect feast for him and his friends. Unfortunately for them - they'd discounted one particular little witch and Serafina was no longer as harmless as she once was. Serafina slid her figure against her friend's her movements done with particular feminine grace, as if the curves of her body was begging for their eyes to stare. She placed herself with such steadfastness between the fanged fellow and the Dark Hunter, ignoring the supernatural instincts that were at this point practically screaming at her.

"Let's see now, what shall we do with you?" She inquired, her fingertip reaching out ever so gingerly to bop the man on the nose, a warm simper lighting up her sweetheart lips. She reached down for the shoulder bag she kept, rifling through it for a single vial that glowed bright even in the evening umbrage. "Well, there is always the age old sun-in-a-bottle." She uttered, letting the vial slide slowly through her fingers. "Oops, almost dropped it." She caught it at the last second, letting the potion dangle by it's cork stopper. "Do you like a game of risk? What are you willing to risk that my potion works? A bite of us?" Oh yes, Serafina could be quite the dangerous feline when it so struck her and the safety of her friends surely fell within that area. It was up to him if they were going to have a game or not.
