West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

What You'll Find Here

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There was something decidedly predatory in the way that Edie's eyes followed the woman's movements. There was something equally satisfying about the way Nadya watched her. The way she extended her hand was out of curiosity if the woman would, in fact, take it in return. She was hardly surprised when she didn't, a grin appearing on the young fox's features as she dropped the hand to continue to lean against the wall of the ship. She hardly paid attention to the other woman as she prattled on about what she knew of the woman, her words flitting from topic to topic in a way to see if she could rattle the other Beta woman. So this was the object of Frost's affections, the reason she presumed that he'd turned her down. She didn't seem like much, a fractured thing that Edie couldn't help but exploit. After all, Frost had given no instructions for what she was to do with Nadya if she found her, and Edie enjoyed the games.

It was the topic of clothing that saw the cracked remains of the other woman's sanity seem to latch on, her words coming out in the broken English that seemed to plague the woman. Edie was tempted â€" and if it hadn't been for Frost, she may have â€" to comment on the other woman's apparently lack of a grasp on the English language. "Yes, I'm sure that you're all about what's best for your brother." The fox's words taunted at the other woman, trying to see how much of the girl she could exploit. It was like the woman to find the weak spots, to figure out exactly where to press. She let out a soft laugh at the paranoid gazes the woman cast over her shoulder. "What's the matter? Worried that your dear brother will find you?"

Edie's only response to the woman's warning that the Ark itself was dangerous was a small giggle. "Dangerous, of course it is," She teased, looking over her shoulder. "Your doorman let me walk right in. I'm sure I reek of Frost. And as for them finding me, I'm not concerned about that. You can take me to them, if you want. I won't fight you. I mean, I am trespassing. I'm sure Tetradore would love to find out what's happening right under his nose." She tilted her head to the side, waiting to see what the young woman's response would be. That she merely seemed to shake off the woman's offer with a message to her Alpha. She would tell Frost, certainly, though she didn't make any indication she'd even heard the other woman. "I knew you wouldn't do it. I knew you wouldn't take me to them." The woman clasped her hands in front of her in a tiny bit of glee. "Frost was right about you, wasn't he. Your loyalty to this pack might be strong, but you're not entirely theirs. If you were, you'd march me right to Tetradore or tear me to pieces right now. But you won't. Because I'm important to Frost, and you..."

Her accusation was lost on her lips at Nadya's abrupt warning that she should go. Edie raised her eyebrows as the woman turned, pushing herself off the wall once again to follow her down the hall. "I'm not done." Edie commented as she followed. She didn't pause as Nadya pulled the clothing off of her body, though her steps did falter at the woman's shift. She wasn't sure what exactly she'd expected of Nadya's were form, but the ebony panther was certainly not it. It was the only thing that made Edie pause, though the curiosity that stung at her forced her forward, her hands moving to shed her own clothing onto the Ark floor before she forced the change upon herself.

The fox's paws hurried after the feline, thankful when they emerged out onto the upper deck. It was quieter up here. Their ability to interact without detection certainly easier. While Edie was not entirely sure that she wouldn't be found here, she liked the privacy. After all, it wasn't as though Frost would swoop into save her if she got caught.

You're different than I imagined, you know. I wasn't quite expecting the object of Frost's affections to be... well... feline.
