West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The were was all too aware of that look that crossed his sibling's features at the sheer mention of Tobias even within the general vicinity of her children. It was clear to him that she still had residual distrust after their last situation and yet, Tetradore offered her little more than a furrow of his eyebrows at her response. That she had gone to such lengths to even bribe his figurative left hand had certainly served to surprise him. A soft grunt was all the man truly gave her in response to her efforts, himself quite clearly considering the words she'd spoken though he'd still had yet to decide weather or not he agreed with such measures. It was hardly surprising to him though, in a way. His sister and himself saw things so vastly different. His attention, however, hardly lingered upon this predicament long before he felt the tug on the legs of his pants, his emerald eyes turning down towards the child only to offer her a rather blank stare. He'd heard his sibling's voice call to her child, just as he too watched as the babe was pulled away from his leg. He watched the way she giggled at him, quite clearly delighted at this new found game before going for his pant leg once again. Innately, he knew there was something he was supposed to do in a situation such as this and yet, he lacked any true paternal instinct whatsoever, instead simply watching the child as if she was some alien thing he was still struggling to understand.

In some fashion or another, he was more at ease with the children when the family donned their feline skins. The pack bond gripped him tighter then and as kittens they were far easier to play with and amuse. As a man, however, things differed quite radically for him. Thankfully, he was spared from such a conundrum by the voice of his sibling. Tetradore glanced up at Nadya, his head shaking ever so slightly at her apology. "It's the full moon tonight." He stated simply, as if somehow this explain everything. He was always at the Ark on night's like these - he belonged here. With the pack at the heart of his territory. It was perhaps the only night he refused to have anything to do with the fae he'd only just started having a relationship with, forbidding her too from visiting the Ark. It seemed as if tonight was not weighing upon his mind alone, the man taking the opportunity to lean in a lackadaisical manner upon his sturdy desk as he listened to his sibling's concerns. His arms crossed over his chest, his lips momentarily pressing together in thought.

"Why don't we take them to the deck again? The railing is high enough that they won't go topping over and they'll have plenty of room to run around. There's nothing up there so we can keep an eye on them and we can turn on the fog lights. They'll be perfectly safe and in a contained environment without any outside threats and then Tobi can play with them. He's never going to learn how to be around them if you just keep them separate from him. After all, they are pack and they should be with pack." His emerald gaze was steadfast upon his sibling, knowing well how tentative she was about Tobias and the twins. It was perhaps that which caused him to add hesitantly, "I should be able to help them shift -- I think." He'd never actually done it but it was his job as Alpha. Even if he'd never spoke of his parents, he still remembered well as a child, watching their father assist with the newly turned. He remembered them talking him through his own turning as a child before his sister was born - though it was little more than a vague memory just out of reach. Still - they were able to make it easier at least. Less painful. It was a benefit of pack life. At the very least he owed it to his sister's children to try.
