West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The young fae queen couldn't help the hesitance that came when she noticed the book that Raven held within her hands moments after she spoke to her. Instantly, the girl felt guilty for having interrupted what precious little down time Raven got to herself. She knew how hard she worked - had personally come on multiple occasions to see her hunched at Aiden's desk. She knew how much she did to help make sure that the Ark ran smoothly, and knew Aiden's fondness for the girl. Not to mention she herself had played with Tobi and knew precisely how much work that could be. Raven deserved the down time to curl up with a book, and Sam shouldn't interrupt her. She was about to open her mouth to say such a thing when Raven tucked the bookmark into the book and placed it aside.

A smile formed on Sam's features at Raven's words, even if she wasn't sure the girl entirely meant them. She stepped further into the room, moving to sit on the unused bed near the hammock. She could feel the awkwardness that seemed to grasp at her friend, the nervousness and anxiety that seemed to crush her. Sam tilted her head to the side, trying to piece together what it was that made Raven feel that way towards her. Had she done something? It was only when she spoke did the situation seem to piece itself back together, the girl frowning.

Truly, she'd forgotten all about the way that Raven had attempted to attack her. She was well assured that Aiden had handled it, and even understood that Raven herself could not have handled it. She knew Raven well, understood that the timid young woman wouldn't try to harm her. No, Raven was her friend. And even if that didn't keep her safe, her relationship with Aiden was enough for that. No, if Raven was attacking her, there had to be something wrong.

"It's okay," Samantha said sincerely, her azure eyes lifting to attempt to catch the other woman's gaze. "Raven, really, it is. Aiden explained to me what happened. And besides, I know you'd never hurt me. Not as long as you have control" She gave her a small smile, trying to convey that she truly was not upset in any way. "Please don't beat yourself up over it. I'm not upset, and I know that Aiden isn't, either."

She glanced over to the book Raven had cast aside, smiling softly as her mind connected a plan on how to - hopefully - delight the Were girl. She may not have felt comfortable walking alone, but with Raven at her side she wouldn't be in any harm, right? Her eyes flicked back to her. "So... Aiden has to work, and he has a hard time doing that when I'm in the room. I was thinking of distracting myself by going to the book store. Would you like to come with me?"
