West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya Tetradore

"Izzy, would you please just eat it?" Nadya voiced with some exasperation at her toddler who seemed to be more covered in baby food than what Nadya had actually managed to get into her mouth. "Honestly, it's not that bad....look.." Nadya stuck the spoon of baby food into her own mouth to prove a point to her daughter. In hindsight that was probably a bad idea as the young mother had to really focus on not crinkling her face. "Ok....we'll let this one go." Nadya shuddered slightly and cleaned the twins up with a mental note to never again purchase that flavor of baby food or ever again try to prove a point on taste.

Nadya gathered Micah onto her hip while Izzy refused to be contained. No, she was the wild one just like her father which kept Nadya on her toes. Izzy couldn't walk very far on her own but she could wobble along as she clung to her mother's hand. "Want to go play?" It was certainly much slower going with Izzy determined to 'walk' on her own, making their way from the kitchen and up the main staircases that led to the upper deck. A section of the deck had been blocked off for just the purpose of allowing the twins to run around without fear of them getting into anything. Of course Nadya had gone around padding all the metal corners as well which had earned an eye-roll from her brother but he had of course accepted her baby proofing outside of the inner Ark.

"Alright, finally." Nadya sighed as she pushed open the heavy metal door with her hip and led the twins out onto the deck. The sound of sobbing caught her heightened hearing causing the mother to pause in releasing Izzy from her grasp. This area was off-limits so who was hiding up here? Cautiously Nadya set Micah down on the deck beside Izzy and pressed a finger to her lips for them to be quiet, "Stay." She whispered before leaving them to investigate the source on her own. Her powers sprung to the surface, each tendril just beneath the surface ready to spring at a split seconds notice to protect her children. However, when her eyes fell on the hunched form of a familiar redhead, Nadya's powers immediately calmed. "Sam? Wha-....What happened?"

Nadya closed the distance to the woman to crouch down in front of her. Of course she knew the fae queen had taken to visiting her brother quite frequently lately....her room was just on the other side of his after all. Earbuds with loud music had become her friend those nights or she found herself work to do at the burlesque. Nadya delicately brushed aside Sam's hair over her shoulder to get a better look at her. She noted the woman's disheveled appearance which made Nadya's inner fashionista shudder as it was such a far cry from what she had gotten Sam used to wearing. "Did you and Aidan have a fight?" Truly it was the only thing she could think of that could draw such wrenching sobs from the woman.

The sound of their mother talking and the twin's short attention span meant the duo lacked the patience to stay where they had been put. They used the nearest steel barrel to pull themselves up onto their feet before toddling after their mother's path. Delighted smiles plastered their cherub faces, giggles issuing from Izzy. "M'am, M'am!" It would be hard to break the twins of calling Sam M'am as that was simply what they knew her as now. It had been quite a while since they had been able to see their favored aunt. Nadya glanced to the twins as they came toddling over then back to Sam. "I didn't know you were out here. This is usually the twin's play area up here."
