West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Abigail was SOOOOOOO EXCITED for today! Her house was look utterly AWESOME. There were streamers and balloons and everything everywhere and it was so great. She couldn't wait for Alexis to see it. She was going to be so surprised! And hopefully her friend would have fun too and it would be a great little party with just the three of them. The sound of that doorbell immediately drew her attention, her whole frame perking up as the girl near skipped towards that door. The moment it was thrown open, Abigail near launched herself at her bestest best friend, hugging her with all the warmth and excitement she possessed. That giggle on Alexis' lips only further served to prompt that beam upon her own features as she pulled away from the woman, presenting that stranger at Alexis' side with an equal introduction of warmth. That smile and nod she was presented with was decent enough of a meeting, she supposed, the girl all too quickly turning upon the balls of her feet to usher them all inside of her small little home. The whole room was utterly decorated to boot! Those bright greens Alexis loved near covered her ceiling entirely, and yet, Abigail's gaze was nearly entirely steadfast upon her friend, waiting quite breathlessly for any word of judgement that might fall from Alexis' lips.

That initial sound of 'Wow' brought a giggle to her lips as she followed her friend to the table and that filled bowl of orange objects. Her head bobbed quite enthusiastically at that inquiry. "They are! Look, this one is a Naval orange and this one is a Blood orange and then I found these Tangerines but these ones are my favorite. They're mandarin oranges." She pointed out each type as she spoke of them, entirely willing to let Alexis sniff each one. After all, they were all unique and they all smelled delicious and tasted different! She let her companion turn back towards the room and survey all the effort that Abby had so gone through for that extra special day. It was the sound of Raven's voice that drew her gaze and in return she seemed quite keen to present the woman with a warm smile. "Thank you!" She declared quite gleefully. "I wanted everything to be perfect and exciting." She admitted and yet, she was quite pleased with the outcome. It had been pretty fun, after all. The bubbly girl had to stop herself from immediately answering that question of the balloons, instead attempting to include that stranger (and new found friend!) as much as she could.

She followed Alexis' gaze towards those presents she had wrapped at the far end of the table, that grin once again crossing her features at that gratitude that was quite clear upon Alexis' features. "Oh I know but it's a special day Alexis! You only get one a year! Besides, it'll be something you and Raven can do together!" She offered the pair a wink in an attempt to be wholly mysterious, even if, really, she wasn't all that. She was quite certain Alexis knew what they were but it was still nice to think of those books as something the pair of friends could work through together - that was the best part of having friends, right?! That bubbly giggle once again left her lips as even Alexis admitted that this was surely the best. "Thank you! I think we're suppose to eat cake first. Look, I got a bunch of different ones for you to try so you can figure out what you like best for next year!" The girl near pounced towards that box of cupcakes, opening up to reveal all the extras she had purchased. "And, you can always take some home too for your other friends, yeah?" She inquired, glancing up at them both with clear delight in her own thoughtfulness. See! She was trying here! Besides, it wasn't as if she could get HER friends any of these. Frankly, she wasn't even sure how she'd take a cupcake to Arlo....or even if he'd eat it, for that matter. Vampires were weird and all that.
