West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

The were-King would never have anticipated that almost horrified awe upon his companion's features at that admittance that he had, in fact, never once enjoyed the rush of adrenaline that came with those roller coaster rides. In fact, his own experiences with such fairs and festivals were rather lacking as a whole. He had attended precisely one such an event, though the festival had been near dead in those wee hours of the morning. Even so, it almost sounded...enjoyable, that assurance that Calliel would surely be the one to take the man upon his first roller coaster ride. She seemed far too ecstatic for this plausible excursion within their future, the woman entirely certain he would enjoy that experience. Frankly, he suspected well he might. After all, did he not make the same effort to enjoy those sports cars at the same speeds? When there was that risk of losing control of being plunged to his death? Did roller coasters not provide that same sensation, even if it was a faux sort of danger? A small simper crossed his features as Tetradore nodded in response. "I will look forward to it then." He promised with a hint of genuine solemness. Maybe, getting away from the Ark and all that his life consisted of here would be good for him, maybe this would be a welcomed sort of vacation.

The man glanced over towards the woman as she continued that little game, announcing she had never once within her life broken a bone. The sheer memory of it was enough to cause his hand to rise to his jaw, his fingers rubbing over the stubble there in an almost unconscious gesture before that shot glass was risen to his lips. She was rather good at picking things that the were-King had achieved within his life. He hardly anticipated that almost genteel touch of her fingers against that prickly caramel skin, those emerald eyes shifted towards the young girl with a glimpse of surprise. That inquiry, however, was met with a small shrug. "I got in between a vampire and his sister. He was not too...keen on my intrusion." It was a rather vague and not wholly accurate recollection of the event. Risque had sent him to harm her brother and Runik had been more than willing to get even, sending the feline back to her with a broken jaw. The strength of the undead could not be denied. Even so, Tetradore hardly dwelled upon that event all those years ago. Rather, the man continued on, informing the woman he'd never actually attended any sort of schooling. That look of confusion was well expected, though that explanation prompted a small shrug upon his shoulders. "I haven't been to college either so...probably." Tetradore responded, in a wholly lackadaisical fashion.

He watched as the young woman reached for that bottle, pouring herself yet another glass. His emerald eyes trailed up towards the woman's grinning features, her own announcement of that task she'd never done hardly truly surprised him. Still, she read him surprisingly well to think the were-King was involved in such antics. He hardly even bothered to comment of the sort of betting the man was involved in, the King merely brought that glass to his lips only to hand that now empty tumblr to the woman beside him to refill. "Hmm...." He commented in a thoughtful fashion, his head leaning back against that cabinet behind them. Those emerald eyes stared at the ceiling as the man contemplated that next turn in that game. "I've never...." He started, those syllables were drawn out both due to his own thought process and that alcohol that ran through his system. "....been inside a grocery store." His eyes turned towards her with a pleased sort of look. That, he decided, was a rather decent and terribly mundane sort of thing most people did - right? He was certainly getting the hang of this game.
