West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

My Own Form Of CHAOS

She seems more affectionate tonight, her eyes softening as she watches me in the candlelight. It's the moments like this where I can imagine telling her how I really feel, letting her see the thoughts I keep shrouded from her. But every time the words get to the tip of my tongue, they seem to choke themselves back down my throat. I'm not good enough for her. I would only hurt her in the end. She finally leans in to whisper that she does, her voice practically a purr and I feel a small smile tug at my lips. My eyes glitter with more words I'd like to say but I hesitate and the moment is lost. The waitor returns with our drinks and I wait for her to take a sip before I drink my own, already knowing it would taste like heaven.

I know instantly from her expression that I did the right thing planning this. She absolutely loves it. Of course that means I have to be careful because I don't want her to get so lost in the taste that she goes on a faerie killing spree or anything. I don't expect anything of the sort out of Isolt. She's too much of a soft creature to wish ill will on anyone but still, I've seen other kind vampires let it get the best of them, drive them mad. I don't want that fate for her. It seems to work its magic on her with just the one glass though, her eyes already sparkling with new life. She giggles and I smile, tilting my head, eying her with short lived amusement before laughter escapes my own lips. I don't even know why I'm laughing, not really. I just suddenly feel...light. Then I look at my drink.

"Oh."

I say out loud. I haven't had faerie blood in quite some time myself and I underestimated its effect on me. I bite my lip, trying to stop the laughter. As she leans in to whisper, I lean in perhaps a bit too fast to hear her and end up bumping my forehead against hers. I pull back with more laughter, still listening as she speaks. As she asks to dance, I tilt my head, rubbing my forehead but nodding anyhow as I stand up and make a dramatic bow before her, holding out my palm.

"Then let's dance, my fair lady. And then more drink."

I give her a playful wink, waiting for her to take my hand before I spin her off in a dramatic flair of a dance that has nothing whatsoever to do with the music playing. I'm hearing waltzes and ballroom music in my head and the bar's playing Bon Jovi. I search Isolt's features, grinning despite myself.
