West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

What You'll Find Here

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The only touch of mercy he is content to offer the fallen wolf is to lift his hind limbs over her partially broken body as opposed to crushing her beneath the sheer weight of those feathered hooves, leaving her to lay upon the floor of the alleyway, content to ignore Alexis' piteous pleas for him to spare her companion. Perhaps next time his little vixen would react faster, perhaps next time she would not choose to be so very disobedient to his command. It was cruel perhaps- to play upon the little girl's weakness in this fashion, her evident love for her companion so easily and savagely twisted to be used against her and yet such is the price to be paid for being foolish enough to allow him to see the depths of their relationship. His punishing display is short lived, the stallion as entirely dangerous as he is beautiful in every motion he performs before those feathered hooves ring silent upon the earth and he returns to Alexis, each muscle rippling beneath that white gold hide that gleams even despite the rain that soaks them all, lashings of white mane shielding that violet gaze from sight as he simply pauses before her. She knows what he desires, had been content to keep it from him, to dare to continue to defy him as such her companion had paid for her mistakes- a lesson he is content to teach as many times as Alexis should need it taught. Perhaps she would learn to grow a little spine, perhaps eventually she could be pushed into being something more then a china doll whom sobbed uselessly on the sidelines. If only she were more willing.

The assurance within her demeanour is surprising and yet not less satisfying to the equine as he looks down upon her vixen form, voice at last seeming to hold some measure of determination and yet for a moment the stallion remains silent, violet gaze narrowed somewhere beneath that thickened forelock. Her words were not submissive, her form holding no true acknowledgement of his leadership and yet her decision to at least come with him is...satisfactory, for now. Oh how easy they were to bend when the life of another was at stake. Alexis was not so entirely broken as he would like and yet for now he is willing to allow her to attempt to distract his mind from that useless little wolf whom lay whimpering somewhere behind, one ear curved backwards to listen for the mewling puppy all the same as his lips simply quirked upward.

Good girl, maybe your friend will see another day after all. See how much easier it is when you do what your told, Alexis?

Any animal could be trained- some merely took a little more....persuasion then others. The lash of that thickened tail sees the stallion begin to turn to move towards the mouth of the alleyway once more, the wolf all but forgotten within his mind, content enough to leave her to lick her wounds in peace- mind no longer caring to acknowledge the creature. Until something saw fit to slam into his right hind hock. It is perhaps the single weakness to which the stallion is given to possess, an inability to see from his right sight, the resulting motion entirely instinctive, the reaction of animal and not a man that sees him dance widely sideways- one leg kicked out to strike at the attacking wolf once more before he pivots neatly upon the earth to place his single good eye upon her. Has she truly not had enough? Did she truly not desire to continue this charade of an assault? Ears sliding back to lay flat against his skull is perhaps the first sign of any real temper from the man, Frost notoriously difficult to rile and yet the wolf was beginning to tread upon those last threads of patience he possesses. His previous assault upon her had been a mere glimpse of his capabilities in this area, enough to damage her, to teach her and Alexis a lesson and yet it would seem the wolf has failed to understand when she is outclassed. Her sudden change in size was...surprising and yet the equine fails to react, indeed, he simply remains still, allows her to slam his form in the wall once more in a repeat of her previous attack.

A grunt is forced from his lips at such an impact and the bruising beginning to blossom along his side before hooves find the earth once more and the oversized dog lunges a second time. Her attacks were surely credible, a squeal of sorts pulled from his lips as he moves to scramble backwards and away from the teeth that pierce into the flesh of his shoulder, one foreleg struck violently towards her in the same moment as his form is thrown upward in a half rear aimed at dislodging her from him, forefeet crashing back against the earth only to have the wolfs teeth seek purchase upon his muzzle- this single attack seeming to sever that final string of his patience. His muzzle is sensitive, shockingly so, his bitten shoulder painful to be sure and yet it is this final attack that so seems to achieve the greatest reaction. He has been bitten upon such a place only once before, learned entirely not to move in this moment lest his shaking see her teeth wreck further havoc upon him, form held entirely still in a manner that so forces him to hear her words before she releases and turns from him- the words she offers to Alexis barely heard as he stumbles back from her, nostrils flared in an effort to return breath to his lungs. Several moments given to pass before that deep, cold voice slithers towards her.

You are a fucking, stupid animal and I am tired of your constant interference. You should have stayed out of it, you should have done as Alexis asked you too and left when you had the chance. Although I do believe you have only proven my point. Your friends will abandon you Alexis, the wolf hardly cares for you and never did, she just told you herself. See how wrong you were to believe she cared, hmm? You tried to protect her and look at the reward she gives you, telling you to get out of her sight. She shouldn't be so impolite to you should she?

There is a slight limp to his step now before his own powers are readily engaged, flares of heat sent towards his shoulder and muzzle, rising the temperature of his own form dramatically to annihilate any bacteria from that foul creatures jaws and further increase the healing process of his own form, scabs already forming across his bitten shoulder and muzzle as he draws nearer again.

I am done tolerating you- mongrel

The words are barely free of his lips before his powers are twisted once more, slammed with full force into Raven's body to rip the heat from it, ice slamming into every vein, immobilizing every limb to send her crashing to the floor and bringing the wolf to the very brink of consciousness before halting, leaving her shaking and gasping as every muscle surely spasms in desperation at such a sudden change in temperature- painful to be sure and yet he is...angry with this wolf, this creature whom dared to spill his blood as he stands above her now. There is no fairness to his actions, the girl incapable of fighting back and yet such is her punishment. She had been given a chance, she had been warned and if she cannot find sense he will remove her choice from her and beat it into her vulnerable form.

You tried to injure my leg- I don't like that. Shall we see if I can injure yours?

One hoof merely lifts, resting upon her back left leg before slowly beginning to press down, forcing his weight upon that delicate limb until she cries out, waiting for that single, desperate sound before his hoof is lifted- only to be slammed down with shocking force, the sickening crunch of the snapping of bones in her leg met with barely a simper upon his lips before that same hoof is lifted to offer her front left leg the same treatment. How unfortunate to have two broken limbs. Perhaps she would reconsider her actions next time and yet it would seem he is hardly down, jaws parting once more to grasp her broken form once more, head swung violently to slam the wolf over and over into either side of the ally way wall before dropping her limply at his feet, allowing the heat to return to her form now, far more then one rib broken it would seem from the short, sharp breaths her barely living form emits, her fur and flesh bitten and torn from his teeth upon her, legs twisted out at hideous angles as he simply remains unmoved by her plight- one hoof lifted so callously now to hover above her skull.

Should I?

The question is posed to Alexis now, those violet eyes held upon his own little fox as if to taunt her with such a choice, threatening to crush Raven's skull- to end her here and now before a snort simply leaves his lips and his hoof moves away, attention upon Alexis once more.

You did as I asked, you obeyed and for that- your supposed friend can live, Alexis. See how you get rewarded now, baby?

That it would be far kinder to kill the wolf is surely clear, what remains of the cold in her veins fixated with a sudden intensity upon her bitten, mauled scruff, the flesh suddenly beginning to.....die, the blood freezing the skin...rotting as frostbite set in- the man unwilling to allow her wounds to heal. Let her suffer a little longer before he releases his hold on her broken body and his own form suddenly shifts- the horse replaced with the man now, dressed in a pair of jeans alone, the wolf at his feet. For a moment he simply stares, as if admiring his handiwork, the toe of his foot taping against the wolf to assure himself she remains just barely conscious- if just barely alive before turning away, wandering several steps up the alleyway to snatch his shirt from the floor where he had left it upon his change- tossing it callously towards Alexis.

"Change to your human form and put something on- we have one last thing to do before we leave."

His shoulder still stings as it heals, one hand wiping at the blood that marks his bare chest, rolling his shoulder experimentally once more, the wolf having caused an agitating wound- though it had already begun to heal, his face holding little more than a scab or two upon his lip as he waited for Alexis to shift, briefly content to let his gaze appreciate her naked form before gesturing loosely to Raven now.

"Pick her up. If she loves her fucking Alpha so much we'll give her back to him. We wouldn't want your beloved friend dying in the street now would we? Don't argue Alexis, my patience is at it's very end right now and it will take barely a flick of my wrist to finish your wolf- not that she cares for you, apparently."

This fabled Ark was hardly far, one hand reaching to fiddle momentarily with the silver coin and chain that hung against his bare chest, waiting for Alexis to do as commanded before turning on his heel to stride towards this ridiculous boat that rested within the harbour at the end of the street, slowing his stride to allow Alexis to keep up, making no offer to assist the girl in hauling the near-dead wolf along with her. Perhaps Alexis would consider her 'friends' more carefully next time, another lesson to be taught as the rain only seems to increase, the snow haired man paused briefly at the entrance to the ark, meeting the gaze of the little Mexican man at the door.

"Be a good boy and fetch your Alpha for me will you. I have something of his to give back."

If the Jackel had been content to argue, the sight of Raven, or what remained of her within Alexis's arms, seemed to be enough to silence him, the man disappearing into the depths of the boat as Frost turned so easily back to Alexis, lifting the wolf from her arms only to drop her rather unceremoniously at the entrance to this Kitty Kings supposed home, pausing to lean back against the side of the boat, arms folding across his chest. A single violet eye moved to rest briefly on Alexis, the look alone surely enough to inform that girl that one wrong action or misspoken word would not go unpunished as the dark haired, green eyed man appeared in the doorway, this 'other' Tetradore or so he has learned. Another Alpha after all, is easy enough to recognise and yet...somehow he had expected more. Shame. Violet eyes met the gaze of the other man briefly, offering no introduction nor greeting, before one hand loosely gestured to the barely living wolf between them, her broken, bleeding form struggling to breath, festering frostbitten wounds clearly visable.

"Keep your fucking dog out of my business and teach her some manners or I'll do it for you."
