Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

in a moment we're lost in passion

dancing with this chemical attraction

Sebastian was hardly oblivious to that baffled look that so graced his companion's features. He was well aware of the expansive marbled ballrooms that had once occupied the estates held by the aristocracy. His own home, as exquisite as it was, paled in comparison to the manors that Dorian himself surely visited within his own time. His ballroom itself paled just as much so. It was small, quaint even, adorned with exactly two chandeliers, wood paneling, a plethora of windows and, perhaps most importantly of all, Timothy. That ivory grand piano was perhaps one of his more favored positions - it was for that reason alone Sebastian had seen fit to purchase this home as opposed to all the others that had once filled his week of searching. "It is a small ballroom, meant for private parties I suppose, nothing quite like the what you are used to, I am sure." He offered as way of explanation and yet, still, if it were not for Dorian himself, that very room would have likely been touched by none save Sebastian himself. Still, even he wasn't prepared for those teasing lyrics that so left the lips of the monarch, bring a soft chuckle from Sebastian himself. "I should very much like to hear those ideas of yours." He uttered softly.

It was silly, perhaps, that this alone should be the one thing he perhaps liked most of this commitment he had made to his lover, and too the positions he had suddenly acquired. He no longer had to fret if there would be a next time or count the days between each of those precious, fleeting moments that they spent together. Now, there was some measure of certainty - now that Dorian was his. That very thought alone had crossed his thoughts no less than three times since they'd left Sebastian's bed and still it so managed to bring an almost giddy warmth to the vampire that he had not yet gotten accustomed too. Nevertheless, the vampire's attention so drifted to the inquiries the King had on his own name, titles, and pedigree, the vampire offering what insight he could into the world he had so lived within and too the ambitious men within his family. It was a trait that had decidedly skipped over the Englishman, Sebastian had held such little interests in the titles of others beyond simply pleasing his father and, in the process, finding his own measure of enjoyment under the skirts of noblewomen.

The question of his pedigree, however, was replaced instead but the outstretching of his own fingertips as Sebastian took Dorian's hand within his own, leading him in those steps the man had, until now, practiced so well. He spun his lover with relative ease, so effortlessly kicking Dorian's feet out from other him as he, with such care, ensured the fae King remained entirely supported by his own hand. He could hardly help the grin that so crossed his features as the monarch flailed in those precarious moments, attempting to grasp at something before the realization that he was entirely okay. That such a simple action had so managed to astonish the King offered the vampire but one simple promise, that the trick he had in store next for the fae would surely be humorous, to say the least. Still, the vampire kept his composure, returning to those practiced steps and the same aforementioned spin before so lifting his companion in the way he had so offered to do. That yelp brought the smallest of twitches to Sebastian's lips and yet, he remained wholly focused on his task until the point his lover was returned, safely, to the ground.

His arms so protectively wrapped around his companion, that simper still tugging at his features as he leaned forward against his lover, inquiring softly of Dorian's thoughts in the aftermath of such a dance. He was still wholly aware of the rapid thrum of Dorian's heart, that adrenaline coursing through the man's veins. He was entirely certain that if his fangs so pierced the King's tender flesh, the taste would be entirely delightful. His nose gingerly ran over Dorian's shoulder at such a thought, as if he could smell that blood just beneath the surface of Dorian's skin. Thankfully, it was the King's own voice that drew his thoughts from such a feral line. It pleased him to know Dorian had perhaps enjoyed himself in those moments, as surly astonishing as they had been. Indeed, the prospect that the King so wished to devote himself to so mastering this even now that he had a notion of what it consisted of certainly brought a sense of contentment within him. It was, however, that abrupt turn that so saw Sebastian's attention falter, his own hands dropping from Dorian's form only to find the man's arms around his neck. He had hardly expected that jump or the way Dorian's legs so encircled his waist and yet, Sebastian's reflexes far exceeded even his own true realization of what Dorian's intention was. It was instincts that saw him so catch his lover, tucking one arm underneath Dorian butt while his other arm ran up Dorian's spine.

His crystalline gaze so stared up at those silver irises, the vampire wholly aware of Dorian's fingertips entangled in his hair. He nodded ever so slightly at Dorian's insistence that this was, indeed, a very good lift. "Yes, I think it is." He muttered softly before his lips so gingerly pressed against Dorian's own. Sebastian himself so fancied the taste of Dorian's lips against his, stealing kiss after kiss and slowly, the vampire allowed his weight to shift to his knees. He bent over, gingerly placing Dorian's back against the grass beneath them, the vampire still hovering over him, those desires to take Dorian here under the pale glow of the moon blossomed within him all over again as his lips so feverish pressed against his lover's. He pressed Dorian's body against his in those moments, pinning the man beneath him with such want and yet, amongst all that want, Sebastian found himself pulling away to offer but softly, "There is, perhaps, one more thing on my grounds I think you might like..." It was a simple offer, to return perhaps to the bedroom to start anew where they had left off, or to continue to explore that which Sebastian's home had to offer as way of a different kind of entertainment.
