Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

"I'm glad to hear it," she responds delightedly though she can't help but let that small smile touch her lips again, "You'll find the opposite of me, I have a very thin patience," she admits good heartedly. There is a teasing tone coating her words yet an air of truth rang to it, the assassin knew herself well enough that she had zero patience for anything or anyone for that matter. As she hums to herself happily as she begins to devour the cake she's met with a questioning stare and Vhalla can't help but offer him a light laugh. Setting down her fork she settles her blue eyes on him, "It means that I hope you don't mind sharing a plate with me," she grins at him mischievously.

Vhal can't help but flash him a small smile as he scolds her gently for eating all of the dessert. When he spars her off with his fork she laughs again, their tense conversation decidedly forgotten for now. Removing her choice of weapon, she gives him a chance to have a bite before she devours the entire table. "You must truly have thought I was kidding, I will eat all of this food," she laughs brightly again gesturing out with a hand.

Her brows arch in surprise as he offers her his own fork covered in chocolate cake, with a shy smile she takes his offering a touch of frosting catching her lower lip. Chewing thoughtfully, she ponders the man before her as she darts out a tongue to retrieve the frosting smeared on her lip. Raising a thumb, she wipes the rest away and polishes the frosting off her finger with a quick lick.

"I do love food," she admits though it was clearly no secret given her reaction to the cake. "However, if we continue on like this, William, I'm afraid we will make quite a mess," referring to the chocolate still dotting the corner of her mouth." Though the woman wasn't intending for the seductive purr to roll off her tongue, it unintentionally did; she had to admit that she didn't wholly mind it. When she questions him about his staying in the city, she immediately notes the way his eyes drop to the table.

A question burns on the tip of her tongue but clearly William did not seem interested in talking about it. "I understand complicated," she smiles gently reaching at a hand to grasp his fingers. She had yet to see this uncomfortable side of Will and though her eyes are bright with curiosity she doesn't pressure him. She would allow him the same space he gave her. The Hunter could have pressed Vhalla for more information on her master but he was respectful and she was certain he had far more questions than he was voicing. So, she grasps his hand willing him to look at her a sudden cocky grin stretching across her features, "So tell me, handsome, why did you decide to ask me out? It was my hair wasn't it?" She arches a brow at him in good nature.

She waits for a response before she withdraws her hand again, reaching out to snatch a clam out of the bowl she raises it to her mouth and sucks out the inside all the while not taking her eyes off of Will. When she finishes, she sets the clam on a separate plate for the discarded shells. Standing suddenly, she reaches into the bowl to snag another clam, leaning over the table, wary of her long hair so it would not brush the food, she offers him the food with a sly grin, "It's only fair," she shrugs placing the shell at his lower lip hoping to entice him with the fragrance.

"You did feed me," she chuckles waiting for his reaction.
