Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Even though Henry could remember the important things, the details were still a bit fuzzy. He couldn't remember 100% of his old life, but he figured it would all work out in time. What was important was that he remembered how much he loved Sterling, despite their bumps in the road. It was amazing how much one could realize that the smile speedbumps were nothing to back out of a relationship over. Henry was here to stay, through all the ups and down. He was willing to stand by his side for as long as he could.

When Henry mentioned taking Sterling out on a date, he could see the way the man blushed. Yes, he would definitely have to take Sterling on a beautifully thought out date. He may not have done this before, but it seemed like something Sterling might enjoy. Problem was, Henry wasn't a good planner. He might have to pull some strings with his friends in order to surprise Sterling.

The more he thought about the idea of a fresh start with Sterling, the more he began to fear what it truly meant. He wanted to do right by Sterling, and that might include him moving out until they decided they wanted to live together as a couple and not just as roommates. Henry knew it would be hard for him, and it would hurt something awful, but he was willing to do anything Sterling wanted.

Thankfully, Sterling didn't want that. The way Sterling spoke tugged at Henry's heartstrings. It was almost like the question had hurt Sterling in a way Henry couldn't quite understand. The thought that he had hurt his lover was enough to hurt him in return. As Sterling leaned against his shoulder, Henry wrapped his arm around Sterling and pulled him close, planting a chaste kiss on his temple. "I'm not going anywhere." His words were soft, just above a whisper. However, in Henry like fashion, he had to cut the seriousness with a little humor, even if it wasn't entirely appropriate. "But promise me this, whenever we decide to start "living as a couple"..." He stressed the last few words, hinting that when they finally did become physically intimate and willing to start living as lovers instead of roommates, he had a condition he wanted Sterling to meet. "...let's get a different place together. Fresh start in a new home."
