Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The Sun Also Rises

That almost boyish pout that so seemed to find his lovers features yet again only further seems to tug at this ever-fading strings of his own resolve, Dorian's eyes rolling softly at those theatrics of his companion, the Fae King assured Sebastian afforded him such a look entirely on purpose. Ah, how he might live to regret ever so admitting to the vampire the sway those pleasing features might have upon him in the right moment! It is that promise of so hearing the vampire play however that sees the Monarch relinquish that decadent dessert, pressing it forward and towards his companion as Sebastian wasted decidedly little time in devouring it. Those words of amused affection that so fell from his lovers lips saw that simper quirk all the higher upon his own, one eye lifting just so at his consorts declaration that it was surely his ability to provide cake that had so earned him the mans affection. Dorian unable to prevent that chuckle of amusement all the same before merely reclining within his chair as he waited for Sebastian to complete his meal, the silver of his gaze passing over one couple after the other. How...simple this was, to simply so exist in a fashion that, once, Dorian would surely have never believed capable. It had been a slow progression perhaps, at least upon his part, the Fae King so once having feared to even hold his lovers hand in public let alone offer him any true gesture of affection when the gaze of others might fall upon them and yet here and now he found himself so readily content. Dorian hardly caring who should seem them in any fashion, after all, nearly every being within this building was there so entirely for the affection they held for the one whom sat across the table from them. How nice it was to simply.....be. It is Sebastian's playful utterance within that same moment that such cake was deserving of but one song alone that saw that slate-hued gaze return to his companion.

"Does this mean I shall have to find you something even sweeter if I am to coax another from you?"

Surely that combination of chocolate, wine and blood he had so afforded his companion tonight was worth more than one song! Ah, but he drove a hard bargain! Dorian finding himself amused with the notion all the same, so much of his long concealed impishness so naturally finding itself becoming all the more clear the more time he spent within his lovers embrace. After all, within his own courts there was a duty, an expectation, a manner and façade with which he need present himself to the world and those whom looked upon him as King. There was precious little time for games or tease or to merely exist in a moment for the simple pleasure of it. How long such facets of his nature had been concealed and yet how readily they had begun to display themselves if only to Sebastian alone. Dorian a decidedly jovial creature when allowed to be. One entirely inclined to enjoy those teasing games or subtle words in any fashion they might be offered. It is only once Sebastian had finished his dessert that Dorian utters his name once more, ensnaring his lover's attention before leaning forward to steal but a taste of that chocolate from his lips- that sound that so rose within the back of his companions throat a distinctly pleasing one and one he was assured he might never tire of hearing. Sebastian's lips so continually proving to be a truly sensitive part of the man, more so then many others Dorian recalled within his centuries of existence.

He moves easily then to rise from the table in turn, gaze lifting briefly to the vampires own at that mention of his intention to stay but one more evening, Sebastian's assurance that he need make the most of it teasing that soft simper into place once more. Dorian more than willing to so give in to any desire the vampire might have to make the most of anything, especially when it was so that look of life had returned to his lover in its entirety. Perhaps the blood of animals hardly held the appeal of human blood, lacking that taste and too perhaps the longevity of the human kind within Sebastian's undead form and yet how glorious he truly looked when his eyes were that bright shade of blue and his skin flushed with life and warmth! Dorian assured his Consort was all the more undeniable here and now and yet he merely allows but one eye to lift all the same. Those delicate French lyrics uttered softly to his lover alone.

"Mhmm, oui, je pense que vous le mieux. Quelle chanson pourrai-je entendre ce soir? Puisque je suis seulement à être donné un ce soir, je pense que vous devriez faire de votre mieux. Peut-être que si je l'aime beaucoup je pourrais même vous montrer quelque chose que j'ai appris il ya plusieurs siècles, je suis sûr que j'ai vu plusieurs surfaces dans votre maison assez robuste pour une telle idée."
(Mhmm, yes, I think you best. What song might I get to hear this evening? Since I am only to be given one tonight I think you should make it your best. Perhaps if I like it very much I might even show to you something I learned some centuries ago- I am quite sure I have seen several surfaces in your house sturdy enough for such an idea.)

How readily those words hold but a hint of heat within them! Dorian entirely content to allow that hint of a simper to trace his features once more, his mind readily alight with but a plethora of ideas, as always, to so subject his lover too and yet how curious he was, all at once, of just what Sebastian might play for him and too how talented the vampire might so prove to be. One hand extends readily now, so lacing his fingers with Sebastian's own as had become the norm for the pair, stepping back out and into the cooler embrace of the evening to make their way back towards the vampires mansion. He knew well where Sebastian kept that piano and yet he had hardly been within such a room, the Fae King having offered that space little more than a passing glance, after all, some rooms- he is assured, require a more formal invitation to so explore- the Monarch entirely content to allow Sebastian to lead the way now. Tomorrow he would return to Samantha and yet for just one more night he was entirely content to enjoy all his lover might have to give him, after all, he surely needed to return Sebastian's shirt, it would be improper to leave with it.
