Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Vhalla caught the name on William's lips as he ordered the butler to not notify a man named Sebastian. The assassin was far too tired to pry into his life so she simply follows him up the stairs and into the bedroom, her eyes tracing the books piled about the otherwise tidy room. When she slips out of the coat without even bothering to remove the clothing from the ground and she rambles off to him about owning her for the next few hours, she misses the slight blush that rises to Will's cheeks. She was more concerned about a shower to wash away the filth rather than being modest in front of her hunter.

"Don't bother about the clothes," she says tiredly as she watches him rustle through the closet to retrieve a shirt and pajama bottoms, "I have to return to Ivan after you're finished, if I don't have some sort of... proof that I spent the day with you, let's just say this-," gesturing at the bruise on her face, "will look like child's play," she shrugs as if she were explaining something rather simple. Following him silently into the bathroom she studies the lines of his back as he bends over to turn on the shower for her, making sure its heated before her turns to face her again.

Wasting no time, she lets her robe fall to the ground, the cool air caressing her back, causing goosebumps to rise along her arms. Listening to him explain to her that he didn't own her nor did he expect anything from her has her tilting her head, regarding him mutely, "Let me explain something to you, Will, you have to be... commanding or it won't be pleasant for either of us," she explains to him quietly in the best possible way. The assassin was not allowed voiced thoughts of her own for the time being unless William commanded it and it was the best way she could explain to Will without risking the wrath from Ivan.

As he apologizes she meets his eyes briefly with a small shrug of her shoulders, "I did it to myself, I've learned to keep people I've come to care about at a distant for this reason. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I intend to make sure that it won't happen again even if I have to cause myself physical harm," she trails off not caring if it infuriated Will at the way she was acting. Raising her brows at him, her first true emotion since being alone with the hunter, "I will also tell you again, Will, I don't need to be protected," she intended to snap at him but instead her voice cracks before she looks away from him quickly.

She didn't need to be protected but was it so bad to want to be protected?

Yes.

That small voice in the back of her mind whispers to her again. Watching him begin to exit the bathroom, she doesn't even let him pass her before she's already discarding he scantily clad attire and tossing it on the ground. She's naked before Will has left the bedroom and is climbing into the shower. She stands under the scathing water, her face tilted towards the stream as the heat begins to wash away the figurative grime collected on her body. Eventually she reaches for the body wash and shampoo, working lathering it into her hair and body. When she finishes, she smells distinctly of Will and it's comforting.

Still, she stands in the stream of water long after it has gone cold. Finally, she shuts the facet off and clambers out of the shower and snatching a nearby towel off the hook. Drying her body off quickly, she can already feel the shivers racking her frame as she tosses the towel onto the floor, slipping into Will's button down shirt, completely ignoring the bottoms. It doesn't take long for her hair to soak through the back of the shirt she's wearing, finding that towel drying her hair was far too exhausting in her state.

Finally, she hauls the door open, her hair dripping in her wake, padding out of the bathroom barefoot and bare legged she searches for Will to find him sitting in a nearby chair looking rather calm given their night. Shivers racking her body, she clutches her arms to her frame as she stands in the doorway of the bathroom, uncertain as to what she needed to do.
