Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sterling could feel Henry's hands on his waist as he pressed his lips against his lover's, all too aware of the fashion in which Henry had so easily deepened that kiss. He could feel Henry shifting his body and yet, Sterling was willing enough to oblige, climbing into Henry's lap to straddle him as those kisses only continued. He could feel Henry pulling him closer and eagerly his body reacted in kind, so pressing against his companion in those sweet moments as Henry only kissed him further. A soft whine almost left his lips as Henry finally pulled away from him, the warlock hardly ready for those touches of affection to so end. What he didn't expect, however, were those words that fell from Henry's lips. His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly, the man suddenly entirely self-conscious of those previously forward gestures. "I..." He started, unsure of himself. "I thought we were?" He inquired, his bright blue eyes hesitantly glancing towards his companion. What did slow mean to Henry? Was he not allowed to kiss Henry? A small frown graced his features as his gaze shifted downwards ever so slightly.

His gaze slowly shifted back to Henry as his lover inquired as to just how far he wanted to go. Frankly, even Sterling wasn't sure the answer to that. He knew what he wanted but there was a fear keeping him from taking that plunge. He shifted ever so slightly upon Henry's lap, moving back from their close position as if he suddenly found that closeness a bit too suffocating. "It's just that..." He started, so struggling to admit those feelings that had afflicted him of late. It was quite purposeful, in that moment, that Sterling's gaze fell to his own hands within his lap, entirely unsure of what Henry would think of that confession upon his lips. "It's just that I miss you. I mean, I know, you're here but..." He wasn't sure how to explain it, how that lack of physical touch in even the slightest regard so affected him. He wanted to show Henry how much he cared for him and yet, he wanted their relationship to be more than just the sex and fighting that it used to be. Sterling leaned forward just enough to plant his forehead in the middle of Henry's chest, his hands slowly reaching out to ball in that loose shirt. "I just...want us to last this time." He whispered, entirely unsure of where to go from here. Frankly, Sterling never did excel in so taking the lead.
