Anacosta Heights

Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

you were the answer to my dreams

That ready cry of dismay upon the fae King's lips stole the entirety of the vampire's attention near immediately. It was that possessiveness within him that so flared to life at that sound, his crystalline gaze darting towards his lover as if searching for some measure of a threat only to find Dorian attempting to paddle away from that onslaught of bubbles the man himself had created! It took a moment for that jump in his own heart to still and yet his features were painted all the same with a noteable amusement. He could hardly help the laughter that poured from his lips as his fingers reached out, undaunted, to brush against those bubbles, corralling them with an impish grin upon his features till he had a mound perfect for his utilization. He turned towards Dorian only when he was sufficiently satisfied with his capture, altogether ignoring the man's voice that this was hardly amusing in the slightest. He felt the King's hand press against his chest and yet, his efforts to keep the vampire away were wholly futile, the Englishman decidedly determined to show his lover the true extent of a threat those bubbles posed to him. He was well aware of the fashion in which Dorian pressed his back up against the stone as if it might shelter him and yet, it too hardly stopped the vampire from depositing those bubbles upon his lover's head, so fashioning a crown of foam for the concerned King.

He stepped back, just enough to observe the fashion at which Dorian had squinted his eyes closed, clearly anticipating something, though what, remained to be seen. In fact, decidedly little happened, beyond a few of those bubbles sliding down the man's now damp hair. A warm grin crossed his features as he simply waited for his lover, his own gaze entirely steadfast upon the man as Dorian tentatively opened his eyes, only to reach up and touch the foamy substance upon his head. That simple word that left his lover's lips was enough to bring chuckle to the Englishman's lips as he turned to otherwise preoccupy himself once again with the collection of those bubbles. Sebastian allowed his lover the singular moment to become comfortable once again within the warmth of that water, and too accustomed to the presence of that harmless froth. The vampire turned back towards the King with a newfound collection of bubbles, all too aware of his lover's glimpse of joy once again upon his features, exactly as he should be. Nevertheless, Sebastian placed those bubbles too upon Dorian's bare shoulder, entirely willing to let the foam overtake the King's figure in that moment.

Sebastian blue eyes darted towards his lover at the sound of Dorian's voice, his head bobbing ever so slightly as his lover once again focused upon those parts of his anatomy the King so notably appreciated. The inquiry, however, brought but a sly grin to his features as he settled beside the King within the bath. "Ever since the first night we met." He commented simply, after all, he had banked upon the fae's apparent like for his physique to so coax the man into his bed that fated evening, "Just as I too was aware of your ever growing appreciation for it after our first bath together." He muttered softly, his eyes turned towards the King in that moment, that memory dancing upon the forefront of his mind as he leaned forward, pressing his lips against his lover's own ever so softly. It was but Dorian's insistence that it was his turn to beset the vampire's form to that same foam treatment he had given the King that saw Sebastian settle with his back against that stone edge, entirely content to simply watch Dorian as the man moved with newfound boldness to collect his own armful of bubbles. The vampire remained still as the King draped them upon his own head much in the same fashion he had done but moments before, his bright blue eyes so attentively staring upwards at the features of his lover whilst Dorian so meticulously toyed with his own dirty-blond locks.

A soft smile crossed his features as Dorian admitted he found the bubbles far more exciting now then he previously had, Sebastian's goal entirely complete within that moment. He hardly bothered to move as Dorian reclined at his side, and yet, the vampire was entirely aware that his lover's thoughts had drifted entirely from this simple moment. There was a glimpse of intense consideration upon his features, one in which Sebastian knew well was not due to the bath they both soaked within. Sebastian remained entirely silent in those moment's, simply waiting with patience as his lover surely considered all those tasks that laid out before him. His eyes fluttered closed in those moments, the vampire leaning into that warm water until Dorian's voice drew his gaze. A weak simper crossed his features at the mention of that impending meeting - one in which Sebastian knew well was nearly impossible for himself to attend. In fact, it was entirely due to his own fault that Dorian might be less than well rested to meet the Prime Minister.

He hardly voiced a syllable, however, instead relishing that touch of the water till the approaching presence of the sun saw Sebastian shift ever so slightly in that restlessness of the ongoing sun. He welcomed the presence of that towel, wrapping his figure in that fluffy cloth before he followed his lover back to the bedroom. He hardly hesitated in slipping that towel from his figure, instead crawling into the softness of the King's sheets. He watched as Dorian moved throughout his own bedroom, clearly seeing to his own affairs with his advisors and servants. A soft yawn crossed the vampire's features as he nestled into those feather pillows, simply waiting for Dorian to return to his side. It was but several moment's longer still before the fae King rejoined him, the vampire entirely content to nestle against his lover in those moments. His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly as Dorian handed him his phone, the Englishman's fingers tapping on the device in several keystrokes before he handed it back, uttering gingerly in return. "I set it for thirty minutes prior to his arrival...so you have time to dress." His own arms eagerly embraced his companion's form as Dorian curled against him, those softly spoken words brought a small smile to his lips. "Of course, Ma Biche. I am sorry I cannot attend tomorrow's meeting." At least, not without the presence of blood to so awake him from that slumber. He reached over, his fingers fitting beneath Dorian's chin just enough to draw his lover's gaze upwards and towards him. "Just remember to be patient with him, my King, Italy has forgotten what it is like to have you." The vampire could hardly help the unease within him, knowing well that he would be dead to the world if his lover should so need him.
