Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

We fall for each other at the wrong time

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

In all truth it was no better for Nadya to be within her panther form than her human as the feline body was far less capable of handling the amount of pain and grief that she suffered in this moment. It had staved off some from the night she had learned of her brother's death, given the time to mourn in peace, but now being before Frost flared it all back to life with the added pain of it having been at his hand. Nadya had in not so many words declared herself Frost's and with it she had thought he wouldn't harm any who were dear to her in any form. It gave her very little consolation that it was her brother keeping her away from Frost that made him agitated and thus lash out on Samantha. It was a fact that Samantha had accepted, knowing the dangers of being in a relationship with an Alpha, but to think it would come from someone Nadya had grown close to...had trusted...was the added heartbreak.

Low rumbles of growls vibrated the feline's chest, her hardened gaze remaining locked upon the platinum blonde Alpha. The unleash of her ability upon his surroundings wasn't meant to scare him but simply remind him that she was a force to be reckoned with and not to take her lightly. She was not one of his subjects. "You were supposed to stay out of the West. You knew after the fight at the Ark what going back would mean." Nadya knew that her brother and Frost had fought before at the Ark and she could believe that it wasn't Frost who started it. She could believe Frost concerning Raven starting it as the wolf's quick nature was similar to Tobias'. However, she would not believe that of her brother. He would not have attacked Frost if the stallion hadn't been perceived as a threat on their territory and to his girlfriend no less. "You should have left, been the better man and he would still be alive if you had, you both would be. I...called myself yours...and you destroyed my family in return."

Nadya's already tense form only stiffened further at Frost's stern refusal to lower his mental shield. That singular word that passed his lips something she was not used to hearing from him. Her ears twitched to plaster back against her skull in anger. "You think you can kill an Alpha without recourse? Do you really think you are so...untouchable?" Curved ivories bared at Frost as her lips peeled back, slowly stalking towards him as her gravity ability began to press against him. She knew from past experience that it was one she could use on him. As with before the massive pressure upon him worked in order to cause him to buckle his knees so he was kneeling before her. It wouldn't be much more effort for her to allow the ability to maximize and thus crush the man. However, it wasn't her intent to kill him, Nadya only wished to show him how much pain she was in from his actions. His denial to allow her to do so, to accept his perceived punishment, was what had her forcing him to his knees...something she knew every Alpha abhorred and for Frost was a part of his ego.

The panther's stalking brought her volatile form barely a foot from in front of Frost's forced kneeling form. "I never expected you to change but I thought you cared for me enough, your Kærastan, to not harm my family at least. Apparently I was wrong." Her heart clenched and had she been able to cry there would have been tears in her eyes. Even with the unfortunate circumstances before Nadya had thought she had found the one who honestly cared for her and saw what she was truly capable of. It was her brother's words in her mind then that found her, 'protect your pack', and a lash of anger welled within her once more. One large paw rose to strike out at Frost's face with claws extended. It was not before her gravity ability ceased giving him control of his body again. It would have allowed him to move from her strike, giving him that chance to accept the relatively minimal punishment she dealt at him for what he did. An eye for an eye as she had told Tobias.

Nadya was no fool though as she circled away from Frost after swinging at him in order to put space between them lest he reach out. "Don't return to the West or I'll rip your throat out myself." She may not call the Ark home anymore as Tobias and Raven still did, unable to handle the constant taunting of Aidan's bare room, but she would remain in the West and protect the pack as her brother would want her to. If it had been anyone else to end her brother's life it would have been Frost's arms she would have been running to, his presence she sought out in comfort, but now it was him she was expelling and was perhaps much harder to come to terms with.
