Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

For several long moments the stallion merely admired those paintings that decorated the children's bedroom wall, the violet of his gaze lingering upon that mural of the forest. It was fitting he supposed, given their species and yet this idea of decorating for children was foreign to him. Decorating at all, really, was hardly an area in which he cared to place very much of his effort. His own house so having been styled over time by those whom had lived within it. The furniture itself perhaps his only true mark upon the place, the man so valuing those wooden pieces. The feel of it, the texture, even the scent affording him a calm he enjoyed far more than those modern houses with their steel and concrete and polished marble that lacked any truly natural elements at all. He continued to simply linger in the doorway, the children's bedroom hardly a place he felt he so belonged, at least not yet- the stallion merely doing as his species perhaps did best and simply watching over that young family. It seemed, by his count, far to early to put those children to bed and yet Nadya's assurance that it was not was hardly argued with. Even despite the amount of children to his own name he had hardly cared for any of them, hardly seen any of them grow or spent longer then an hour in their presence. The vast majority, he was sure, would not even recognise him if he passed them and yet the same was surely true for them in turn. Frost sure that those children he had once given names too would hardly stand out to him on the street. Unless, perhaps, any of them had inherited that same mop of white hair.

He shifted slightly within that doorframe as Nadya put one child and then the other to bed, those softly sung Spanish lyrics seeing his own head tilt slightly with the sound and yet, Spanish was one of the few languages he had not learned fluently. The man recognising only a few words here and there. Her assurance that they were like clockwork seeing one eye lift dubiously, the man assured he had seen both those children cry or carry on when they surely were not supposed to or Nadya had been bust getting ready for an evening out only to have to cancel it. Still, he hardly offered any further words upon it before the woman turned off that light, the paint above seeing his gaze glance upward to that star-painted ceiling only to see it near glowing now, one eye arching upward in surprise.

"Do they fear the dark?"

That the glow themed paint might well have been purely for decoration had clearly been lost upon him. Frost so evidently not used to those small touches of whimsy within a bedroom. Childish imagination so utterly unknown to the man in turn, those things hardly a part of his own upbringing or his children's in turn. That touch to his hand saw the equine lean away from the bedroom door, falling Nadya to her own, the man hardly having anticipated this and yet he had perhaps existed around Nadya far to long to truly anticipate he might so be allowed to use this room to it's fullest, those more physical desire readily considered by the man and yet, as always, his control upon them saw him pause just within the door itself. That sudden request to unzip her seeing his features frown if only slightly, watching as the woman turned, offering her back to him before sweeping her hair away. He was entirely sure he desired far more than her back and yet, for now, the man simply reached effortlessly forward to catch that zipper. His free hand rested softly upon her hip, that touch almost feather-light, girlfriend or otherwise there were still things they had not done and area's they had not explored no matter how much he desired it. Frost respectful of that in the least, for all he was there existed a measure of honour to the man all the same. The stallion careful to withdraw his hands back to himself as that dress simply fell away from her slender, perfect figure, pooling upon the floor to leave her standing in that matching purple underwear set, his gaze roving over her in a fashion he could hardly prevent. That she had birthed not one but two children was almost unfathomable. Her body hardly showing as such as a distinct sort of want settled with him. Frost so having been without that sort of satisfaction in months, her words barely heard over the thoughts off his mind.

"Hmm, sorry?"

The distraction within his words was surely clear, the man glancing hurriedly upward now, Frost entirely assured negotiations conducted when one part was dressed in nothing but a bra and panties was entirely unfair, his features frowning softly in that consideration of what she asked. To write down what he would not do? What she truly believed such a thing would achieve he hardly knew. His writing was surely no more valuable then his word. Frost so having lost any and all interest in the Nightshade pack- the man assured he hardly desired to talk about contracts here and now as she moved face him at last, affording him with an even more spectacular view and that promise to come home at last. His violet hued gaze lifting to meet her own at that single utterance. The man having so attempted to convince her for months to live with him in that house his pack shared and so free both packs from that veritable tug-of-war they had been engaged within. A sense of satisfaction at last settling within him. Finally. The hand that rested upon his toned chest so managed to derail his thoughts. It had been so long since he had engaged in this sort of affection and even then it had hardly been exactly off his free will, her fingers decidedly warm against him, Frost allowing his affinity to reach out and embrace her own form- those ribbons of heat sliding along her figure. Nadya hardly the only one capable of so bringing about distraction as that simper tugged at his lips at her query. His head softly shaking before it dipped easily, his lips catching her own and yet that kiss was entirely brief. Frost capturing her top lip just slightly between his own in that subtle tease before leaning slightly away. The sudden soft pattering sound of rain seeing his gaze glance ever so slightly to the side as that soft sigh echoed from within him.

"I'll write it down if you want- but Naja- in future you are not allowed to ask me to make decision while you are dressed like this. I find it....distracting."

His final words were hardly any more then a whisper both hands coming to rest upon her hips now as his lips found her own again, this kiss far firmer then before, far more intimate and far hungrier for what he knew she might still deny him and yet it hardly hurt to try. It was rare in every sense of the word that any sort of....playfulness might find itself within the man and yet tonight that touch of emotion had so seemingly afflicted him all the same. His hands slipped effortlessly lower, Frost rather abruptly wrapping his arms about her, hoisting her suddenly up- encouraging her limbs to wrap about his waist as he held her almost effortlessly. There were some perks, after all, to his physical fitness. Frost pulling away from that kiss only to allow his lips to press against the side of her neck, working a soft, teasing trail against that sensitive skin....
