Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Henry took the cheese fry that was offered, figuring it best to at least try to make it seem like he was enjoying himself tonight. While he had a lot on his mind, it would do him well to let loose at least once in a while. He supposed it might make him feel better about what he had done to Sterling. Perhaps it would even take his mind off trying to figure out if Sterling was even still alive.

They talked about idle chit chat, talking about fries and rubbing up on each other. He still wasn't sure about all the rules of being in a pack. After all, being a were was so new to him...he wasn't even sure he understood himself half the time let alone what his exact role was within his pack. She said it was dumb that they couldn't fraternize with one another and he shrugged lightly. Again, he didn't know about the customs and whatnot. "Tet made me...I'm not sure what that means for me nor do I even truly understand what my role in the pack is. I'm just trying not to piss anyone off." Even if he didn't quite understand his role in his new were life, he would at least try not to fuck it up by pissing off the wrong people.

They made it back to the hotel quickly enough and Henry took his line of cocaine. It worked fairly quickly and Henry felt himself instantly relax. He felt himself melt against the chair and he sighed in contentment before he asked her if she knew how to use a microwave. She admitted that she didn't so he decided it was best to show her. At least then her fries would be warm and she could finish them up.

He quickly stood from the table, immediately regretting the rapid motion. He paused just a moment before he grabbed her fries and walked towards the microwave. "You open the door..." He opened it and set the fries inside. "Once you put your food in there, you close the door. Just don't put any metal or food wrapped in foil in there, okay?" The hotel owner would kill him if he burnt the place down.

Once the food was in the microwave, he pointed to the button "add 30 seconds". "Press this button." He waited for her to press it before looking up at her to see if she was amazed when the microwave turned on and began to heat her food. "Once it's done, you check the temperature of the fries. You can press that button again if they aren't warm enough." He would let her figure out how to use the rest on her own. She could probably get buy with just that button at least for a little bit.

But then she was poking his nose, asking him if the cocaine made his nose hurt. He shook his head. "Sometimes. Look...just don't ever use cocaine." He didn't want her to fall into the same pitfall as he had. Drugs had once controlled his life. But since he had found Sterling, he had been clean. Now he was relapsing from the stress of everything.

As the drugs started to take effect, he couldn't help but let the high overtake him. He looked over at Malia, appreciating the clothing she wore all the more. Now that they were alone in his hotel room, he could allow the skin that she was showing to work it's magic. He felt his desire stir. It had been took long since he had been intimate with anyone...and the last time he had mauled his boyfriend. It had kinda shied him away from such activity. And yet, as he stood here so close to Malia waiting for her fries to finish heating, he couldn't help but lean in and let his lips press to hers. It was unexpected and he hoped she wouldn't shy away too much from him. He just wanted a taste.
