Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

Anna's attention upon the chessboard as she moved her piece hardly faltered at Sebastian indicating they could go to France at some point. Except for the brief wrinkle of her nose at being told she couldn't eat the stewardess. Perhaps if they didn't wish her to feed on them then there needed to be a willing human. Anna was quite sure she could manage not to hunt in front of Sebastian and alter her behavior in that way around him but expecting her to drink that bagged blood was too far. "Your turn." She stated simply looking back up and observing that thoughtful look upon her creation's features.

The words that spilled from his lips made her control thin as it near felt like the blood was roaring in her ears. How could he be getting married?! She could not handle that and her effort to remain calm was sure sign of that. Those words of defiance spilled harshly from her as her eyes were shut tight and shaking her head. And then.....he? The small vampire managed to calm and the shadows that had once been threatening to form settled as her eyes slowly opened.

Even after several hundred years, Anna wasn't up on the times about same-sex marriages. It was confusing at best for her though beyond that she held no opinion on the matter. However, it seemed to make all the difference. She may not be entirely sure of the logistics of the marriage but being married to a male meant Anna would remain the only girl to receive his attention. Anna blinked, her features rather blank before she finally acknowledged the additional information. ".....Ok."

When Anna looked back to the board she found that there was limited options for her to take and would inevitably end in being CheckMate. In simple defeat she used her index finger to tip her King over. "You're very good." A look that only could be described as...pride...warmed her features as she smiled back at Sebastian. With the game done she pushed back from the table. "Can I have a new dress for your party?"
