Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He knew everything was about this was still shiny and new. A lot of things could happen but he wasnt going to think about that. He didnt want to focus on the negative, not when there was so much to be positive about. He knew that he didnt want to lose her, and he doubted he ever would. He was drawn to her like a moth to the flame. Sure, other people could try to tear them apart. The stresses of life could tear them apart, but as long as both of them wanted this to work, he doubted anything could succeed in that.

They shared each other's secrets and delved into each other's pasts. He knew more about her than he probably ever knew about Becca and he knew she knew about him than anyone. Something about her made his guards drop. He felt like he could tell her anything. He was excited to spend time with her. Gone was the nerves that used to make his palms sweat and his chest ache. Now eagerness made his strides long and his chest was tight for a different reason. He was in love. He was falling harder for her than he could ever remember falling before. It was hard and fast and without mercy. And he didn't regret a minute of it. He wanted to see her ten years from now, all her dreams coming true and yet still fitting so perfectly in his arms at night and into the morning. His future already included her in it and while that could be scary, he only looked forward to it.

He pretended to be hurt about her not running away from home but then she made up for it by saying she couldnt run away cause she was here. He practically beamed at her before inviting her in. She came in, making a comment about this not being considered roughing it and he smirked. "Guess ill have to dig out the deer skull and bear head then, turn it into a man cave. Then we'll see how you feel about it." He winked.

When he commented about her making clothes look good or the lack there of, she agreed on the last point, her smile impish and he chuckled. "Definitely agreed, though i might have to see some more modeling before i can give a definite opinion." He grinned. He watched as she went to put her backpack down by the couch, telling him she wanted her steak medium rare. He smirked. "Woman after my own heart." He liked his medium rare too, just cooked enough to know its edible but not enough to cook out all the flavor. Plus iron was always good for the body, right? He turned to the grill, flipping them and then putting them on plates when they were cooked enough. He finished with the potatoes and served everything out on the kitchen island.

He loved the way she took it upon herself to approach him in the kitchen, her fingers crying goosebumps on his skin as she touched his forearm. He pulled her close and she gave him that devilish smile that had him all kinds of tense downstairs before she said she needed to borrow a shirt for tonight. He chuckled when she said she might not need one. "You're right, you wont. What's the occasion?" He asked when she said she wasnt returning home. "I mean, not that i mind you staying. You can stay as long as you want. Should i have made a pillow fort for us to hide away in?" He gave her a roguish smirk, his brow quirking.
