Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

His Royal Majesty

Dorian Ellington-Aragona

The King of Italy

It was a decidedly rare thing indeed that the Monarch so ever found himself surprised by those dignitary or political meetings. Indeed, while he so often met a wide variety of different people there was an unspoken protocol of sorts, a manner in which things were done or addressed or spoken off. Even that giving of gifts had become predictable in some fashion and yet here and now, the Fae King had managed to be entirely taken by surprise by that gift of a puppy. After all, most nations so saw fit to bestow upon them some sort of local food or art or furniture. No nation yet so having gifted them with anything quite so- alive. It was fortunate, perhaps, that the very shock upon his features so hardly seemed to concern the President in any sense. Indeed the man appeared al the more delighted at so having presented the royal couple with the very sort of present that had failed to anticipate. Dorian quick to recover from his own momentary lapse to take that bundle of brindled fur and thank the man for such a generous offer. Sebastian, for his part, seemed near equally as delighted as the President himself. Dorian quite unable to prevent that simper that found his lips at the simple pleasure his husband seemed to take in the sight of that dear little dog. The Fae King's own features softening as the little creature proceeded to attempt to shake apart his tie with those tiny, puppy teeth.

That query on whether or not Sebastian might desire to hold their newest addition prompted a ready nod from the vampire. Dorian handing that puppy to Sebastian then, the little creature seeming positively thrilled at the idea off more people to explore and yet the very notion of play seemed equally as critical to the young dog. Dorian so taking amusement in tapping his fingers against his lovers arm if only to make the puppy pounce upon them in eagerness. Such energy! Truly the Monarch found himself near concerned for that hotel room- let alone whether or not they might so be allowed to have him in the first place. Sebastian quick to assure him they were likely to make an exception. Most hotel rooms eager to accommodate them in any fashion. The vampire surely right in this and yet truly Dorian so hoped that puppy would not take to shredding any cushions in the fashion he had the Monarch's own tie.

"I suspect you're quite right. I hope he does not make to much mess."

The very flashing of those photographers so readily seemed to prompt the Fae King to action once more, Dorian entirely keen to be away from the Press for now and so follow the President out of that terminal and towards those waiting cars. That very insistence from the President himself that he had personally seen to their accommodations was nothing short of unexpected. Dorian so momentarily finding himself near concerned for such a thing and yet that near gracious smile remained upon his lips all the same. Dorian readily thanking the man for his efforts in this before agreeing to that dinner the following evening. The Monarch so at last afforded the opportunity to slide into the town car with his husband, the flashing lights of the police escort flickering even through the tinted windows and yet Dorian paid it truly little mind. His attention so instead upon that excitable puppy Sebastian had placed upon the seat. The brindled dog bouncing between them both, its tail waving wildly in excitement. Someone, in the least, was terribly excited for that car ride and yet Dorian was wholly inclined to believe puppies were prone to excitement over very nearly anything. His thoughts so inclined to consider several names for the animal. After all, Sebastian had named Maxwell- such a name decidedly proper and yet Dorian so readily agreed with his husband upon that notion of good, proper names for pets. The Fae so offering that suggestion of 'Prescott' but a few moments later. Sebastian's insistence such a name was perfect readily prompting that warm simper of pleasure to his own lips.

"I quite think it suits him too. Prescott, do you find this agreeable."

His attention so deviated toward that small canine, inquiring to that puppy himself just what he thought of that name. The dog paused but briefly to eye him before proceeding to lunge at Dorian once more in the hopes some sort of game might be initiated. The Monarch chuckling softly as those puppy teeth chewed at his fingers. His gaze lifted so at last from Prescott then and toward that window, the couple so seeming to be travelling further and further outside that main town, that very concern prompting a frown to the Italian's features- such a look readily replaced by surprise but a few moments later at Sebastian's admittance he had never been to Corsica before.

"Really? I have become so used to your having been nearly everywhere. This shall be new for us both then."

There was something decidedly pleasing in so sharing those new experiences with Sebastian himself. After all, there was little his lover had not done when it so came to travelling, Dorian readily having come to rely upon the vampire to navigate those foreign countries and yet too- he could so hardly deny the appeal that came from sharing those veritable first with his husband in every sense. Even if that very dirt road thay had arrived upon led them to the very sort of place Dorian was not at all assured he desired to explore at all. That stone house appearing for all the world as if it had been taken from his own era and placed before them! His very query of that supposed hotel only seemed to prompt the driver to insist such accommodations had been awarded four years in a row. That dubious look upon his own features surely lingering within Sebastian's voice as the vampire queried those very years with the same doubtfulness the Monarch as assured they both felt. The driver readily insisting once more.

"He did not say which years. It might well have been 1750 through to 54."

Such words were uttered softly to Sebastian alone, Dorian's lip tugging upward into that near impish grin at such teasing words, a chuckle rising within his throat as he took care to scoop Prescott into his arms and step from the car to follow Sebastian down to that cottage of sorts. His husband reached easily to open that door, Dorian so hardly daring to look for fear of just what he might yet see! That sudden feeling of warm nothing short of surprising as the Monarch allowed his silvered gaze to run over that room. It was decidedly more comfortable then he had so anticipated, that warm, crackling fire a wholly pleasant touch to that rustic and yet cozy sort of home. Dorian glancing around that space with a clear curiosity.

"Do you know, if we had lived in the era I was born and I had not been born a Prince I am quite assured this is just the sort of home we would have lived in- although I suspect the furnishings would not have been quite so nice, nor would we have had lights. I'm also quite certain we would have both been farmers. I'd still have married you though."

Those teasing words only furthered that bright grin upon his features. The very notion that they were so finally alone readily seeming to prompt that good-nature from the Monarch once before before he commented upon that dog food left upon the kitchen table for them. That sarcasm within Sebastian's own voice so earning the vampire that playful roll of his own eyes before he so easily closed that distance between them. Dorian's lips pressed sweetly to his husbands own, those earlier desires so eager to make themselves known and find themselves met. Even if Prescott seemed content to attempt to steal several of those kisses for himself- that near comical scrunching of Sebastian's features prompting another chuckle from the Fae King before that suggestion that they best find that puppy a bed first seemed to coax Sebastian into action. Dorian could so hardly help that amusement with which he watched the vampire pluck that sofa cushion from the couch only to toss it to the floor before proclaiming he was surely done, one eye lifting slightly at such an attempt and yet he could so hardly keep that amusement from his features all the same.

"I do not think that is your grandest effort but I think it is sufficient, yes."

Another chuckle easily stirred from within his throat at those wholly teasing words before Dorian so moved to place that puppy down on the cushion to let him settle himself. The Monarch standing but a moment later to eye that room near critically before gesturing to that couch.

"I quite think you should sit there, Mon Cher. I have something of an idea I should like to try if you are not opposed, hmm?"

Ah, but how many times had he uttered such words to Sebastian before! Those very memories off those glorious first times they had shared so turning within his thoughts. Dorian so waiting for Sebastian to do just as he had been bid and seat himself upon that couch before he so crossed the room to flick off the light. The glow from that fire was more than sufficient light for himself and indeed he knew readily that more vampiric side off his lover was wholly capable of seeing near perfectly within that dimmer, more intimate light. Yet, Dorian was so hardly done just yet, the Monarch wandering over to his own luggage then to pluck his ipad from within it- his fingers tapping at the screen for several moments before that music begun to play. That musical piece decidedly more....modern than those classical songs he so often enjoyed and yet such an idea as this would hardly be so easy with those older pieces. Dorian returned easily to the living room then, that ipad rested on the mantelpiece above the fire. Dorian nodding in a ready satisfaction before the Monarch so abruptly disappeared- only to return to visibility but a moment later behind that couch Sebastian rested on. Dorian so leaning down and over his husband then to press his lips to Sebastian's cheek, those very words uttered but softly against his skin.

"Since I fell asleep on you last night while you were undressing me I think I need to make up for such a thing, do you quite agree?"

Dorians hands so easily reached downward within the same moment to loosen the tie about his lovers neck along with the first button of that dress shirt, his fingers brushing along that smooth, tempting skin of his lovers chest that had so readily become accessible. Dorian allowing his lips to press to Sebastian's jaw, one hand reaching easily back up to tilt his lovers head gently back and slightly to the side. Such a position so affording the Monarch easy access to his lovers ever-sensitive neck. Those very kisses teasing at that gloriously sensitive skin now, Dorian so readily seeking to coax those sounds he adored from his husbands throat before the Fae so gently lent away. The Monarch easily stepped back around that couch then to stand before his husband, his hands reaching upward for his own tie, his figure easily finding the beat of that music then, his hips picking up that ready sway as that tie was loosened from his neck and dropped to the floor. Dorians silvered gaze remaining wholly upon that ardent blue off his lovers own, that impish simper still tugging at his lips. Dorian effortlessly finding the rhythm of that music as his shoulders rolled, that suit jacket shrugged easily from his shoulders then to join the tie on the floor. Dorian reaching for the first button off his shirt then, his hips swaying easily in time with the song.

"Do you know, I think I like this song?"

How he adored to have Sebastian's attention so entirely upon him! A ready amusement lacing those very words, that shirt very near half undone before that beat of that song shifted, Dorian shifting abruptly with it only to suddenly turn to face away from Sebastian, robbing the vampire of seeing those last few buttons being undone and yet affording the vampire a ready view of behind. Dorian readily content to keep up that tempting sway of his hips as the last of those shirt buttons were undone. The Monarch turned smoothly to face Sebastian once more with that shirt now unbuttoned and hanging loosely from his fit figure, affording his lover several glimpse of that chest and stomach beneath as Dorian reached upward to run his hands, slowly, through his hair and so afford it that thoroughly ruffled look. That very gesture so offering his lover a furthered view of his chest and toned arms in turn. Dorian easily dancing that slow, easy circle before his gaze fell back on his lover with impish teasing. The Monarch evidently holding at least some talent for that veritable strip tease. Dorian so evidently enjoying those moments. His hands brushing over his own sides then to hook his thumbs within his jeans. One eye lifting slightly one more.

"It is such a shame you have to stay upon the couch."
