Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Davante is the one to answer the door but I certainly wasn't expecting him to be so...underdressed. He looks surprised and dare I say it, disappointed as he looks at me and then the plate of cookies thrust unceremoniously forward. When he sighs, my features falter for a second, wondering if I should have just put the plate on his step and ran off like I now feel like doing with every ounce of my body. I chew on my bottom lip in suddenly nervousness as he steps aside. Is he inviting me in? I shift my weight in discomfort, totally uncertain as to what to do now. His question stumps me though, my shifting come to an abrupt halt as I blink at him a few times.

"Dominos? What's that?"

I tilt my head, confusion obvious in my gaze. I look around as if someone will magically appear and tell me before I lena forward a little and whisper.

"And what's pizza?"

I contemplate these questions as antoher figure steps up beside Davante. He's equally underdressed and only brings a further blush to my cheeks as I look down at my feet and really anywhere but at the two men in boxers standing before me. His words only make the blush worse and I'm afraid I might bite a hole in my lip if I bite down any harder. I look up only when he steps back too, their actions obviously inviting me in but I'm still so unsure. He asks about the pizza as well and I slowly shake my head.

"I don't think I do....tell me what it is and I'll let you know if I have it."

I offer with a shrug. I glance back at Davante, trying to read his expression but coming up short. I take an unsure step back.

"Um, I can come back at another time if you'd rather. Here, take these."

I practically shove the cookies toward Davante and the other man, my embarrassment rising to an all time high as I get ready to skitter away from the door as fast as my legs will carry me.
