Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Azrael

Only Fools Walk Where Angels Fear To Tread

He could hardly deny his companions words were nothing short of astute. This city held a draw of sorts to it unlike so many others. The supernatural community here was large and expansive. That alone was lure enough for most individuals regardless of their intentions. If this very Witch he was looking for had made her way to the city there was every chance she might simply have chosen to linger even without the immediate protection of a coven. Witches, above all, so seemed near sensitive to the magic of the world and the places that harboured it. After all, hadn't Serafina told him the city itself was built on ley lines? What the fuck they were he hardly knew and yet the concept of magical lines seemed ridiculous enough to attract others. Maybe this Witch Ezekiel sought had been drawn by them in turn. Either that or she truly had met up with some former associates. Later, once this Hunter was no longer in his home or on his street, he'd have to ask Sera about her. Who better to find a witch then another witch after all? For now however, Azrael was content enough to play that role he'd been playing for nearly two years now. That of a decidedly dedicated Council Member who was hardly dating a witch on the side.

"True enough."

He offered simply, almost distractedly, as if he was far more concerned with organising those files and papers for the man before him then ensuring nothing remained within Serafina's own that was about to implicate either of them. He'd been meticulous in his efforts to remove anything and everything from her file and since every one of those files, paper or computer, were required to be overseen by himself as it was it was hardly as if anyone else might query any sort of shift in information. There was nothing, in the least, for Ezekiel to find on Serafina when it came to paperwork. Azrael had made sure of that. Whether or not he might seek to track Sera down a second time however was another problem to consider. Just what this man's methods of interrogation might be remained to be seen. Hmm. perhaps it might be better if he could convince the man to bring him along with him if he chose to interview Sera again. Then again, it would be unusual for him to merely sit in on only one of Ezekiel's interviews. He'd have to feign interest in the whole damn case and accompany him to god knows how many others. Fucking hell. Still, a waste of his time was far better than a waste of his girlfriends very life. Azrael further considering those very concepts as he tossed those files onto the table for the man before him to pursue. His own words querying further after this suspect Witch.

"Itineraries are in there, yes. A Witch trying to learn about being a Witch is bound to ask questions. Anyone asking questions tends to create waves amongst the supernatural community. Her naivety might be what leads you to her. I can give you a few places to ask around at if you want?'

He'd been here long enough, after all, to know most of those shady bars, suspicious stores or urchin hangouts that were likely to hear about a Witch asking questions sooner rather than later. Ezekiel, with the right....methods of persuasion, sure to find some answers there if that was what he was after. Azrael reached near nonchalantly for another file, the man thumbing through it as Ezekiel spoke of Sera once more, the blond haired Hunters shoulders merely lifting in that casual, noncommittal shrug as if he had hardly given that raven-haired witch another thought beyond insisting there was nothing in her file of note. He was a man who knew his job, that was all. A man familiar with his own paperwork look a good employee should be. Ezekiel putting that file at the back with the insistence he would look at it last. The idea he intended to look at it again at all still displeasing.

"If you ever need someone to come with you to any of these interviews then let me know. I can spare the time. Most of the supernaturals in this city know me as it is- they might talk more readily for you with me there."

It was rare for Azrael to offer to help anyone with anything and yet- they'd lost enough Hunters in the field last year as it was. It was merely a sensible offer off safety in numbers, right? Nothing more. Still, distracting Ezekiel from Serafina at all was likely an equally good plan. Azrael switching his focus to Sorcha then. That fool of a woman. His golden gaze watching as Ezekiel begun to pack that box up and lift it from the table once more. His own figure leaning agianst that mahogany surface.

"Natural remedies mostly, herbal shit, you know the sort- selling it to humans for a huge markup. Some off her stock though wasn't harmless, some of it was imbued with magic. She was selling it to humans without their knowledge. She tried lying to me about it several times. As for our run-in, it ended well enough for me. Her business suffered a little though. I might have broken it up a little. Hence why she might have left. You got everything you need?"
