Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Henry had expected anything but the roll of his boyfriend's eyes. He had wanted tonight to be about showing Sterling how much he loved him. He wanted to shower him with love and affection and not make Sterling feel obligated to return the favor. He didn't want to pressure his lover. But at the rolling of his eyes, Henry looked down at him curiously, wondering if he had said something wrong. He had been trying to make tonight go so perfectly. Had it fucked it up already?

But before he could ask his lover anything, Sterling was pushing him back on the bed and telling him to shut up. Henry simply nodded his head, a deep groan escaping between his lips as his lover finally grasped him between his fingers. Henry had been trying to ignore the erection that had come so easily so naturally, when it was finally paid the attention it so wanted, Henry couldn't help the sound of pleasure that escaped his lips.

He lowered his hands to the sheets, finding that gripping them gave his hands something to do. Sterling's kisses were reciprocated, his hips involuntarily lifting to match Sterling's rhythm. It would not take long for Henry to reach that peak. For so long Henry had trouble gaining an erection that he was unable to pleasure himself as he was so used to doing. But now, those troubles were over and Henry was not going to hold back.

His breaths came in quick pants, his muscles tensing as his hips finally stilled. It was Sterling's hand that undid him, causing him to fall over that threshold of pleasure. Henry lay there for a few moments, feeling the way the exhaustion seemed to sweep over him. How Sterling had managed to stay awake long enough to see Henry to his undoing was a mystery.

It was in this wake of pleasure that Henry pulled Sterling into an embrace, his fingers dancing lazy circles along the male's back and chest. He let silence fill the room. But even as they basked in the afterglow of their pleasure, Henry knew that he had to be truthful to Sterling. After all they had been through, this time around, they would start off with honesty. Honest was the best policy, right? "Sterling...when I thought you were dead..." He paused a moment, waiting until he had Sterling's attention. "I was so beside myself - so guilty thinking I had killed you." He could feel the sting of tears - whether or not the tears were from his fear that he had killed his lover or tears about the betrayal he was about to lay on him. "I slept with someone else - trying anything to drown out my grief..." He braced himself for impact, waiting almost on baited breath. "I want to start off being completely honest with you. I made a mistake, Sterling." What he didn't tell him what who he had slept with and the fact that it wasn't just once, but twice.
