Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona

His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy

A small glimpse of anxiety crossed his features he watched Anna-Marie eye the trinket her finger settled upon, clearly contemplating that very notion of decorations and that denial Sebastian had given her. His lips pressed together as Anna-Marie tipped over that small figurine and yet, he said little of it, that fight surely not worth it when the statue of the deer was still very much intact. Thankfully, his maker was all too quick to become lost in her next whim, requesting he dress up as the official Prince of Italy. There were, admittedly, few occasions in which Sebastian was required to wear that official crown and yet, he supposed if Anna-Marie desired him to take on such a role, it was hardly a difficult request to comply with. "Of course, Ma Petite. You can even have a crown yourself again." How Dorian would so undoubtedly scold him for giving into her very whims so easily and yet, with the Fae King absent this evening, there was no one else to balance out his peculiar desire to please the child vampire that made him.

His attention, however, was drawn back to the young girl at the very realization of just that conundrum that lay before her, one Sebastian himself had already contemplated. He watched as her nose crinkled, only for the child to declare his own husband the 'fairy guy' - he was assured it was the most indecent name his lover had ever been called before and yet, Sebastian hardly bothered to correct her. "I fear Dorian has never before mentioned a fae child, but I can ask him." He assured her only for his head to tilt to the side ever so slightly. "What if, we made them party invitations, hm? You can have your party in a few weeks and hopefully find everyone to give your invitations to? Perhaps then it will be warm enough to have it outside and then you won't have to worry about trying to hide all of these....things." He gestured easily around the room, the man well assured that a spring party outdoors was the best of all plausible options. At the very least, it would guarantee his home remained relatively safe, particularly if there were going to be multiple children and a wild animal running around his estate.
