Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Oh, how undeniably tantalizing she was, the sway of those hips as she pranced up the stairs so called to the Incubus nestled beneath that veneer of English gentry. How he relished in that dance she so weaved with each step upwards and yet, despite that allure, Sebastian remained distinctly close, altogether prepared to catch her on those momentary stumbled should her footing prove less than stable. Thankfully, such a fall all but failed to transpire as the woman bounced up the very last step. She so eagerly skipped ahead of him, fitting that key into her lock only to slip into the darkness of the empty flat. Sebastian hardly saw any reason to rush his own gait, even if it was fully within the vampire's capability to catch up to her in mere breaths. His pace was nothing short of lackadaisical as he trailed after her, gingerly pushing open that not quite closed door. His irises adjusted quickly to that drastic change in light as his gaze swept over the dark recesses of Carolina's new apartment, only to find the young woman coyly settled against the counters of her kitchen. The Italian Prince hardly hesitated as he stepped into the room, letting the door close softly behind them. How purposefully he prowled towards her, the man nothing short of confident in every move he made.

His hands settled upon her slender hips, his body so easily leaning into her own till there was naught but inches of tense air that so separated them. How softly those words left his lips, the English lit all the more prominent with liquor flowing through his veins and that potent want tugging within him. It was that very huskiness to his tone that his own husband so often relished within and yet, in the stillness of her flat, his thoughts presently lingered solely upon the woman nestled against him. That enticing purr upon her lips prompted a small tug to his own in a glimpse of a bemused simper. "It is certainly that." Sebastian agreed, simply watching as her gaze turned from him to eye the depths of her new home. Her gaze hardly seemed to linger long, however, very turning back towards him. Sebastian could feel her hands as they slowly slid up his figure, only to encompass his neck. Her fingers so toyed with his brunette locks and though, innately, he knew how close he was to dancing with fire, the Englishman found him hesitant to move away from her embrace - not yet. That soft whisper of words upon her lips caused his own eyebrow to rise, his head tilted to the side ever so slightly in brief contemplation. "And how do you intend for me to do that?" He inquired, those words only just leaving his lips before her hips rolled against his own, bringing to life that all too visible arousal.

A soft sound left his lips, that very action so clearly stirring those desires, leaving the man all but craving for that friction of far more than a singular brush of her hips. "Oh." He murmured in the very wake of that gesture, quite clearly understanding both the desires that lingered within her and the offer she had so finally placed before him. How easy it would have been to simply take it! Things such as mattresses and sheets hardly a necessity and had it been merely a year prior, Sebastian scarcely would have hesitated. But now? Now, everything was different. Now, Dorian would surely be waiting at home for him, perhaps even a touch worried for how late he had remained out. Now, there was that promise he'd made at the altar lingering heavily within his mind, and the band upon his finger. A soft breath left his lips as his gaze turned towards the large windows that lined the far corner of the room. "It would seem time is not in our favor." He uttered, altogether skilled at rejecting her without it nearly seeming as such. "The sun is set to rise within the hour and I fear I would need far more time with you then it would allow me." One hand slowly reached up to toy with a stray lock of her hair, "I would hate to turn into a corpse on top of you, after all." He offered with a soft chuckle, as if the world itself was against such a coupling rather than a singular promise that Sebastian was hell bent upon keeping. "Perhaps, next time, hm?"
