Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

death incarnate & night triumphant

Andras doesn't linger in a standing position long, the man settling himself on one of the many seating areas with his drink. No, perhaps he shouldn't continue to drink, Matteo and him having a go pretty hard at the bottle the previous night. Yet, he wasn't entirely sure he could keep the edge off if he didn't consume the amber liquid. Lani was only a few miles away rather than worlds away and it took everything in his power to not fly directly to her. He had, had many arguments with himself, Andras saying he merely wanted to catch her scent and it would be good enough for him but he knew better, the moment he caught a whiff of her he'd be at her door begging for forgiveness once more. He had grown... pitiful, a stray dog trying to earn a home in someone's heart. The person's heart being Lani's. Sighing heavily, he runs his hand through his hair, sending the strands into disarray as he swirls the amber liquid briefly in his cup.

Andras is entirely aware of the sounds of Navi's quiet footfalls on the staircase as he turns his head to look at her, a warm smile so gracing his lips. His dark hazels follow her tiny form as he watches her settle across from him. "Hello, Navi," his deep voice rumbles from his throat before he takes a sip of the liquid, the flavor exploding across his tongue. He had been keeping tabs on her through his housekeeper, Ida keeping the lodge in order while he was away. He had already known Navi enjoyed the outdoors, the wilderness calling to her in a way that occurred frequently with the older generation of faeries. "Ida has been telling me you've settled in well, I hope you're getting everything that you need," he states, dipping his head slightly. "If you want, when Somnia thaws, I'd be more than happy to dedicate some workers to building a house in the treetops for you," he offers graciously. He could scent the forest on her, even with the snow encrusted world of Somnia, it seemed that Navi continued to race through the trees.

He supposed it was only natural, he had met the girl in a tree. She was, in fact, incredibly fascinating, though Andras felt terrible for leaving her to her own devices for so long. Sighing heavily, he takes another deep drink, nearly polishing the rest of it off in one go, "Would you like a glass?" He asks, his lightly accented words floating between them. He had never seen Navi drink and yet a bit of curiosity overwhelms him then, what would a drunk Navi be like? The very thought of a drunk, angry little faerie like Navi comes floating to the forefront of his mind, a wicked grin curling at the corner of his lips. Yes, that would be rather amusing.

Finishing the last bit of amber liquid, he leans forward and sets it on the side table as he uncrosses his leg and sets his foot on the ground. Bringing his hands up, he rests his elbows on his knees and interlaces his fingers while his dark hazel eyes remain on the girl across from him. "I have a bit of an odd request if I might ask of you," he says casually, giving her an opportunity to deny him before her continues on. "I'm bringing a faerie here, her name is Illiana and she's a bit of... well, let's say she's an interesting girl," he offers a half smile, "She has an odd fascination for shiny things so I should warn you, make sure you stash your pretty things so she can't get to them," he warns briefly before continuing on. "If you're feeling up to it, I was hoping you could interact with her. I have some high hopes for her and think she would make an excellent addition to the inner circle, although, I do want your opinion on what you think," he finishes, head tilted slightly as he regards Navi.
