Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya could tell that Frost was unsure about her decision to give their child an Icelandic name. As if she would regret the decision. This was something that meant the world to her though and after her insistence at it, she was glad to see that softness in his eyes. After a momentary pause Frost offered a name for a boy. "Reinar." Nadya nodded slowly, trying it out. She couldn't help the warm smile at his attempt to explain the meaning. "I love it." She planted a quick kiss to his cheek before returning her attention to the twins. They did seem to quarrel a bit more now a days as they both were beginning to grow into their separate personalities.

The young woman's attention shifted briefly to her mate at that declaration to join her at the next doctor's appointment. She wanted him to be as involved in this pregnancy as he wanted to be. He had missed out on so much with his previous children. At Micah's insistence that his mother help brush out the pony though all thoughts of baby flew from her mind. Oh how she distrusted those animals. All attempts to think of an excuse failed her. Nadya hesitantly stepped up to the pony's side far too back from the tail and bent over in an extended reach to brush that tail. Her odd way caused her children to raise a brow and Micah to seek out Frost in how he should react. "Oh..." Nadya caught off guard by Micah so plopping the length of that pony's tail into her hands and insisting she wasn't brushing it right and demonstrating just how to.

Micah and Isabella, proud of themselves, ran off to gather the remaining tack needed. The saddle more of a two person job to carry. Nadya let out a breath when Frost stepped up to help her manage the tail. Honestly she hadn't considered having to groom their child if it was a horse. That thought made her nervous, not for their child being a horse but if she hurt it trying to take care of it then she'd feel awful. Perhaps that would have to be a Frost task.

"Have you heard from your mother lately?" It was a bit of a topic switch but the brief quiet with the children gone had the woman's brain back to her mental tabs. "I would like it if she could come visit. I want the twins to meet her. ....and to share the news." Nadya figured his mother would enjoy the news of her being pregnant and having her around for a bit would be good for him too. She glanced up at him expectantly. Honestly she hadn't heard any news from him about those they had freed from the encampment.
