Anacosta Heights

Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
How utterly curious it was to contemplate how a giraffe tasted. Wait...how did he know how a HORSE tasted?! Did Oliver eat horses?! Oh my god, but horses were pretty! Like the prettiest! She'd have to keep an eye out for those ponies around her bear friend. Like a pony sentinel. To protect them. From hungry bears. Her head bobbed ever so slightly to herself as if to confirm her very plan to save all the horses in the whole entire world for all the nom nom hungry bears. It was that thought that remained upon her mind...until she found hopscotch that was. How eager she was to run up towards those chalk colored squares, her own feminine giggle filling the Southern street as she jumped with both feet into each and every number, calling them out as she did. "One, two, three...!" Oliver, much to her displeasure, hardly seemed inclined to join her in her hoppity scotchiness. Which was sad, really, because she was pretty sure he'd be like....ace at it. That's what Sebastian had said the right British term was, right? Ace? Well, he'd definitely be ACE! Unfortunately, he seemed all super duper serious as he shook his head at her and Abigail was entirely content to continue her jumping WITHOUT him. That is until she reached the very end. "TEN!" Oliver's sudden insistence that she had been lying to him, however, caused the girl to pivot upon the balls of her feet as she shook her head proudly. "Not ah! I'd never like to you Olly bear!" She insisted, solemnly and yet, her seriousness only lasted so long before her attention deviated ferociously to refinding Frost's home.

Admittedly, finding that Southern home was a bittttt more challenging then she had anticipated. Everything seemed so....different now. Was that possible? She was pretty sure it was possible. Even so, she was like...super duper ultra DETERMINED to find it, even with Oliver questioning whether or not they were there like...constantly. LIKE A CHILD. Regardless, Abigail could hardly hide her glee at finding SOMETHING that looked familiar, the girl near waving frantically at the light pole at the end of the street. In no time at all, the pair were left standing upon the sidewalked path that led to the house's porch, the girl near bouncing up the two steps that led towards the most important thing ever. The doorbell. Eagerly, her finger pressed upon the small lit switch, listening to the sing-songy sound as it flooded the house. Abigail danced lightly between her two feet as she waited for the snowy-haired mystery Alpha. Frost had no sooner answered the door before Abigail like glomped him with the NEED TO KNOW. HOW MANY HORNS DID HE HAVE? WERE THEY SUPER BIG? WERE THEY ALL POINTY? HOW MANY POINTNESSES WERE THERE? Her inquiries, however, were answered with nothing but silence and Abigail, in turn, merely met that blank stare with a SUPER DUPER intense one of her own. Stare.....stare.....starey stare stare. Oliver's insistence that she wasn't supposed to ask how big a man's horns are was hardly even acknowledged, after all, she'd already asked. Rather, it was Oliver's reminder that Frost was an elephant and not a moose that drew her hazel eyes. Oops. How did she forget? "Oh yeah...I bet you have like...mammoth tusks right?" She inquired, turning back towards the still silent Alpha. The girl leaning forward towards the man on her toes as if trying to SEE the place those tusks would DEFINITELY be.

That sterny look on HIS face, however, eventually broke as Frost answered with that same cool tone that he definitely didn't have horns. Okay - not moose, not reindeer, not deer, not ram...not like A LOT. BUT THERE WAS A LOT HE STILL COULD BE. "What about a hippo? Are you a hippo? Oh my god, no wait, wait. FROST ARE YOU A PANDA TOO? LIKE A GIANT ONE? HIS HAIR IS WHITE LIKE A PANDA." She declared, glancing back at Oliver as if looking for confirmation. She hardly waited for a reply from the man, however, before a girlish squeal left her lips at the very idea that she wasn't the only panda, even if he wasn't the same TYPE of panda as her. Her very ecstasy caused her to throw her arms around Frost's chest in an over-energetic hug, the little panda absolutely overjoyed that her ALPHA was going to be LIKE HER. It was only the British lit that caused her thoughts to turn, the girl blinking as Oliver informed them both that she was wrong about Frost. Wrong? Pfttttt, she couldn't be wrong! HE WAS ALL WHITEISH! "I'm not wrong...." She muttered softly, her gaze turning upwards to Frost to stare at him with those pretty hazel eyes. A soft sigh left her lips as her arms dropped from her potential would be could be Alpha, the woman leaning back on her heels with a pathetically sad glimpse on her features. Frost would have been the best Panda too...

The auburn-haired girl's attention deviated back towards her bestie as Oliver cut immediately to business and the whole reason they were here - the pack. Oh yeah. She was supposed to join Mr. Not Panda. The young woman remained silent as she watched the pair of men introduced one another, that proverbial sizing each other up all but lost upon the girl that was STILL DEVASTATED that Frost WASNT A PANDA. She watched as the two men shook each other's hands, exchanging names all one-worded like. Okay, Mr. Robotos. Still, it was that silent invitation to come inside that Abigail was, perhaps, a bit less willing to bound into. Slowly, the Were peered around the door frame, as if searching that hallway for the Hurricane and her rawr-I'm-going-to-eat-you children. "It's safe." She announced abruptly, her gaze glancing back at Oliver, not that HE knew what she was saving him from. Still, it was only with that declaration that the girl was willing to bound into the home. Her attention turned abruptly towards Frost at the man's vague comment of her boyfriend (ARLO!), only to ask if OLIVER was her boyfriend. The silliness of it all prompted ready laughter upon her lips before she shook her head, her locks swaying with the gesture. "NO, silly goose! Oliver is my bestie best and he came because he said I wasn't allowed to be in your pack unless he was totally sure that you weren't like super creepy. I told him you weren't but he had to make sure so I promised him that I wouldn't join if he didn't join so you have to accept him if you want me and me if you want him." She paused mid-step, an entirely different thought crossing her mind, her sadness entirely forgotten. "Hey, Olly....if Frost says no can YOU be an Alpha? If you become an Alpha, can I be your vice president? I'd be an awesome vice president - but don't worry, Frost will like you too. Right?" She inquired, those hazel eyes turning expectantly back towards the white-haired man as she gave him her super starey stare all over again.
