Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

How baffled Chizue was at the very idea of the effects that sweet talking might have upon their prey. Her head tilted inquisitively as she looked up at Damon for answers. His vague, almost non committal response only furthered the curiosity that tumbled within Chizue's mind, the girl contemplating seeing the difference it might cause her own prey. How interesting that might have been? Such thoughts, however, were interrupted only by the waitress' return to their table, several plates placed down in front of them - those beloved pancakes were the very first of those dishes. Oh, how she was looking forward to pancakes! She hadn't had them in forever! And with syrup too! Even when faced with such a delectable treat, however, Chizue was unwilling to forget the needs of her companion in the slightest, the girl simply needing to care for those around her so strongly that it was surely reflective of the very personality that she'd consumed. Before the waitress could leave, Chizue was quick to grab the woman's attention, insisting they required just one more thing.

Her chocolate eyes turned expectantly towards the man across from her, clearly anticipating the very feeding that she had promised him. That small nod to go ahead seemed to prompt a grin upon his features, even if it was short-lived before being replaced with an audible sigh. Chizue was more than content to pick up her own fork, the girl carefully cutting her pancakes even as she listened astutely to Damon's sweet talking efforts, though really it seemed as if the waitress was the one doing most of the talking. How interesting that this was all the waitress needed to offer her blood! How was he going to go from this to blood? She watched, almost fascinated as the woman moved closer towards her companion with each passing minute, Chizue altogether content to enjoy her pancakes as if they were popcorn to the show she was witnessing. The young girl watched silently as Damon reached for an empty cup at the end of the table, the coffee in his mug poured effortlessly into it, even though Sarah hardly even seemed to notice the action at all.

Chizue watched as Damon presented her with that empty mug, only to insist he was craving something sweeter than the bitterness of coffee. The young vampire's head tilted to the side as she watched the waitress place her wrist over the cup, as if she simply understood that insinuation. The very action prompted Chizue's lips to part in awe as Damon slit her wrist just enough to prompt that blood flow! How effortlessly he had pulled that off! The very display was nothing if not applause-worthy. Even so, Chizue paused, waiting until Sarah and excused herself with but a small beam of happiness upon her features. The young vampire put her fork down as Damon took his glass, leaning back upon the seat with a sound of contentment. Gently, her hands clapped quietly together in an appreciative round of applause. "Bravo! That was amazing!!!" She insisted, that grin upon her own features nothing if not entirely genuine. "How did she know exactly what you wanted?! Have you been here before?" There was a hint of suspicion upon Chizue's features, as if she was attempting to find the catch in that trick he had seemingly pulled.
