Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya understood how a new power took time to gain control over. So much of her own was fueled by emotion which had been the hardest thing to control. As Scarlett navigated the emergence of her own, Nadya took it in stride and helped as much as she could. Although Frost was less than keen on having the power constantly going on, Nadya would pretend they were camping, building a fire in their fireplace and roasting marshmallows with the twins before building a fort for their tent and sleeping there in the living room. The twins always had a blast and saw nothing wrong with anything going on. It was hard seeing her normally bubbly friend so reserved but Nadya knew only time would heal what had happened. All Scarlett needed was the support of her pack to get there.

Now with the twins down for their nap, Nadya had retreated to her room to tackle that pile of laundry on the bed. It was perhaps her least favorite chore to deal with that mess. She was in the middle of the inevitable battle of looking for a missing sock to pair when the sound of soft thumping on her door pulled her attention away. Nadya smiled softly hearing her packmate on the other side of the door. She opened the door to look down at the wolf who was putting on her best puppy dog eyes. Nadya was only too willing to go out with her friend and leave that laundry for another time. Perhaps Frost would come home and do it as he usually would with a shake of his head. "Of course. I'll meet you outside."

Nadya slipped down the hall to inform their beta that she was going out and the twins were down for their nap. They should sleep through her outing. With that taken care of, Nadya happily followed Scarlett's trail down the stairs to the backdoor. She quickly stripped and tossed her clothes onto the bench they had set up there for such occasions before letting the change overtake her. It was as fluid as breathing until the blackened jaguar stood in place where a woman once was. It had been quite some time since she had been running as well.

The panther lopped off into the backyard, leaping up onto the rocky formation in their garden before leaping with the grace of her species over the fence. "Any spot in particular you'd like to go?" Nadya questioned as she came up on Scarlett, brushing her form against the canine's in pack greeting. Their property butted up against the eastern side of the forest, a good portion of an acre private for their own use, which provided plenty of running and beauty and not to mention hunting.
